I have to sit for long hours in front of the screen due to the nature of my work resulting in strain on the neck and back. Dr. Pradnya through a series of questions on my lifestyle,food habits ,nature,sleep pattern etc analysed the issue and suggested their special Abhyanga which relaxed my stiff neck n back. She also suggested some dietary changes n exercise to reduce the problem further. I have also tried their rice potali facial which is good. The best part is they use all genuine n natural products and try to analyse thoroughly the root cause n treat accordingly.

Her team member who performed massage exactly as per her instructions and everytime asked me about pressure intensity to be maintained/reduced or increased.
