I found Prachi ji’s nutrition clinic while google searching for a good dietitian. As reviews were already very good, After contacting her and sending all the details she asked for, she studied the same sent me a diet plan within 2-3 days and explained the meal options along with some tips and also suggested some exercises.
It’s been 1.5 months I have been following her diet and I see tremendous improvement in my health, following are the issues that are addressed along with speedy weight loss:
1. My bloating is gone (which used to happen after almost every meal from last 12-13 years)
2. My sleep apnea symptoms like heavy snoring have drastically reduced.

But after some fights and so many decisions with Ashu (my wiffy), I thought lets give it a try and see what happens as we both decided to consult a dietician. This decision was one of the best ever and life changing decision for us. By god's grace and our luck Ashu were able to find Prachi on google as the highly rated dietician and we trusted the reviews by dialing her contact number. Initially, I feared and was curious about how this will work as everything works online and consultation is not face to face as we were doing this for the first time and at some instance she were unable to respond to our queries due to her busy schedule and so many people she needed to consult simultaneously. So initially we thought that have we done any mistake choosing this way of weight loss as we spent the money and she is not even responding to our basic questions. But we keep on following the diet plan she shared and after completion of the first week, I never believed my eyes. I was able to loose approx 2.7kg that too within 1 week. That was so shocking and i thought it might be the wrong weight which it was not. Then we started believing her firmly and all the miscommunications were cleared and it was decided to post all our queries at a time via mail or whatsapp. Then for every week we kept on loosing weight and after 4 weeks no one could ever believe that I was able to loose 7.7 kg of body weight.
