The treatments I received from Dr. Paul have increased my ROM, helped with pain management and enabled me to remain working full time in a physically demanding job. Give IMS a try. It has really helped to relieve my tight muscles. I now experience less frequent tension headaches and I no longer have constant pain in my upper extremities.
