Dr. Parmeshwer is very good,professional and experienced doctor.My mother tried lots of medicine for fissure and piles .But her condition was not improved.Then we had an appointment with Dr. Parmeshwer.He explained very nicely and calmly about the problem and suggested to do the laser treatment for fissure and piles.We decided to go for the treatment....my mother had the laser treatment .Now she is completely fine.He was doing followup ever after the surgery and was in touch with us.We are really very thankful to him.
