We visited Dr Desai for fissure symptoms and constipation. The Doctor was available on request with prior intimation. She advised the causes and health measures to take that will help long term to avoid the issues. The ayurvedic medicines given worked really well within just few days and over 2 weeks the fissure had healed well. The medicines also helped in digestive aid improving the stool condition that was mainly causing fissure and sharp prick while passing stool. The doctor also did not surgery like some other surgeons did, based on her checks and it was the right decision as remedies/medicines and application of oil for the problem cured the concern. Highly recommend her if you want hokistic treatments and surely this doctor will help as much as possible without going under surgeries and scissors.

Our whole family is taking medicines from Aayushree clinic when we got our news of pregnancy and we visited her she explained the importance of starting monthly t/t in pregnancy, and we had an example of our bhabhi's child also so we started with it and with this I got results in my migraine also, I had to take painkillers everyday which is neglected now, and she has advised to take t/t for migraine after delivery which we will complete. When I visited Dr. Nyanisha I was totally about my disease she made me understand everything and how it is related to our modern lifestyle, she gave me treatment and yoga advice also after 1yr, she tapered my dose of thyroxine which allopathic doctors had suggested to take for lifetime and didn't some panchakarma also and now I m totally on ayurvedic medicines not taking thyroxine at all, while taking t/t I lost much weight also which was gained during this disease.

Garbhasanskar classes were awesome- I got know many things which I didn't knew anytime, she takes pregnancy yoga and meditation also, and separate lectures which really helpful in our pregnancy and after delivery also for me and my child, she guided me for masanumasik kalp also which essential for overall development of my child's growth and immunity.
