Nikita, a Pediatric Physiotherapist, Co-Founder of BabySteps Pediatric Development Centre, Pune.BabySteps was built with a clear intention: to create a safe, engaging, child-first space while delivering structured, evidence-based care through a multidisciplinary approach.her work focuses on motor development, sensory integration, and early intervention. At BabySteps, she work in close collaboration with Speech & Language Therapy, Child Psychology, Play Therapy, and Orthotics & Prosthetics, allowing us to support children’s developmental, communication, behavioral, and mobility needs under one roof.she is particularly passionate about helping parents understand the “why” behind therapy so progress continues beyond the centre.Outside the centre, you’ll usually find me in the gym, obsessing over new ways to improve our space, or hunting down the best food & coffee spots in Pune.At the core of her work through BabySteps is a simple goal: building strong movement foundations early and carrying them forward into meaningful, lifelong human function.
