I recently had a visit at Dr Neelam’s dental clinic and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming right from the moment I entered. Extremely talented jolly and very positive as a person also as a doctor. I had problem with my 3 main teeth and i checked with other dentist they said two needs to be removed and only one can handle the cap for other two you will have to do tooth implant which is not only painful but a bit expensive so when i counsel with Dr. Neelam she said she will try to save all my tooths with cap and she really saved it i am extremely happy with the treatment and thanks for being positive and never give up attitude.

I would give 2 star rating because, I had called up for an appointment to do a Dental scaling and upon completion they had charged me additional 300 rs for the consultancy as we were very clear during Telecom that we just wanted to book a dental scaling.

Also, as per Telecom the said charges were Rs from Rs 500 upto Rs 1000 depending upon the severity. However i was charged 1800 rs and additional 300 rs for Consultancy. Total amount i paid is 2100 Rs just for single seating of scaling.

As per my experience i have been doing dental scaling every year and i have never paid more than 1000 rs for the scaling and was never asked to pay consultancy fees for scaling.

Dr. Neelam is one of the kindest, most friendly *** ************* ******** * **** **** *** * i was always scared of the root cannal and hence my negligence cost me almost 5 teeth over the years. when i visited Neelam , i was first made very comfortable with the process and clarified all my doubts before starting the treatment. to be honest i am very scared of the devices used to treat the dental problems but the way Neelam treated my teeths was just beyond expectations. i dint even realized that my teeths were treated without any pain . the other thing that i liked abt the Dr. is that she cares more about out dental health then we would do it ourselves. i have never seen any dr. doing so proactive follow ups and motivating someone like me to get treatment on time.I would always recommend Dr. Neelam to anyone and for me she would be one stop solution for all my dental problems. It's not often you go to the dentist and absolutely nothing is uncomfortable. I came in with an extremely painful tooth and jaw and never felt any pain or discomfort during the entier procedure. The clinic was impeccable hygienic and they follow all the protocols of Covid by providing disposable apron, caps, gloves, etc. Since I had been for wisdom tooth extraction I only had consultation with Dr Neelam, the surgery was performed by some other surgeon who's name I cant recollect now. The surgeon was very professional and he carried out the surgery with least amount of pain. He also helped me calm down as I was dead scared so it's difficult for me to comment on Dr Neelam's treatment.

The final fees came as a shock for me with the whole treatment costed me Rs 5500. My wife did the same a month ago with half the price, since her dentist was not available, I approached here.
