Absolutely unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled at 4 PM, doctor was not even in the hospital and only arrived at 4.25 PM. If the doctor was in the hospital on time and was attending other patients it was completely acceptable but this is purely unprofessional. On top of it once it was my turn to speak with the doctor, I found out that the service I booked for is not even offered by the doctor, ***** ** **** ***** **** *** ****** ******** An absolute loss of my time about 1 hour went into nothing.
