I joined the prenatal classes conducted by Dr. Kritika when i was 5 months pregnant. The sessions conducted by her made me feel very calm, comfortable and positive about my pregnancy. It was a wonderful experience working out with other pregnant moms. I attended around 10 sessions. Each session rejuvenated me, especially the meditation and visualization session at the end was very relaxing. She used to guide and explain the exercises and their importance well. Due to her guidance and regular exercises, I had an almost normal delivery. Since I was a healthy mom, exercises helped me control my weight and I gained only 5 kgs during pregnancy (which I lost after few months of delivery). I was able to continue with my office work till the second last day before delivery. She even conducted some dancing sessions which were really memorable. I had never imagined myself doing exercises or dance during pregnancy, however Dr. Kritika motivated a lot to stay active.

Finally I was blessed with a beautiful, healthy and active baby. I would highly recommend all pregnant ladies to attend Dr. Kritika's sessions and stay fit. Thank you doctor :)

The ANC classes provided by Dr Kritika in Motherhood Hospital are really good and effective. The classes helps you to stay active and fit throughout the pregnancy and tones your muscles that helps post pregnancy as well. The exercises suggested by doctor are as per the pain one is experiencing during pregnancy and helps soothes it. The doctor is interactive throughout the session and is available on phone as well to help you with your queries. The classes provided by doctor also helps in the normal delivery.

I would definitely recommend the ANC classes provided by Dr Kritika - its the best you will get in the city.

Mam's natal/ pregnancy sessions have been very very helpful to me, I joined the sessions at the starting of 5th month of my pregnancy and continued it till my last day of delivery. I felt extremely fit throughout my pregnancy,was able to work properly and was not facing any body ache or pain related issues.

I have Thalassemia Minor,and I was little sceptical in joining the sessions because I thought I won't be able to do it properly ,but your way of teaching and proper guidance gave me motivation and I continued.

The sessions induced normal labour for me, but due to some last moment complications had to undergo C- section.

Even though I could not make it through normal delivery but that is fine, I am feeling good and my baby is healthy that's more important.

I was in little pain for just 1 day post the C-section and the very next day I started walking,going to washroom on my own...this is the best part.

I delivered a healthy baby boy with a perfect weight of 3 kgs. My preganancy was free from complications like BP and sugar. The huge credit for this has to go to physiotherapy sessions by Dr.Kritika. It covers both exercise and meditation to ensure physical and mental fitness during pregnancy. She is humble, knowledgeable and always open to help with any physio related problems. I would definitely recommend Dr.Kritika for prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy sessions.

Very passionate doctor.. she always give personal attention to every one even in online classes..her guidance help me for normal delivery and i recovered so fast even after delivery.. now she is training me with the same passion for post natal exercises..i would highly recommend ever mom to be to visit her and be healthy and strong under her guidance

I have been attending Dr. Kritika's pre natal exercise sessions from 6 th month of my pregnancy.

These sessions are very helpful and interactive.

She keeps knowledge of all the ladies attending the class and guide them as per their condition.

Best of all is guided meditation at the end of every session. This helps me relax and connect with my baby and create positivity in me.

It's my 2nd class for prenatal physiotherapy with dr.kritika mam,I am finding exercise very comfortable and much needed for my body in my second trimester....would surely recomend her as she gives minute explaination and practice to perform and feel fit exercise with care ,also the positive and always boosting attitude pushes us to be strong mentally , physically and be prepared for becoming a strong donting mother ..thank you mam ,continuing till delivery and post too

The doctor is not only helpful with physiotherapy but is also very good at communication. Have heard her talks at corporate companies she is excellent and makes her point clear. A very confident *** ******* doctor. My wife who is expecting second child and is in 20th week was suffering from backache but visit to Dr.Kritika cured all the pains and aches related to pregnancy.

I enrolled for a prenatal physiotherapy with Dr. Kritika and she is just so good at it. During the whole session she makes sure we get our body ready for labour and everything and also clears all the doubts. She also takes meditation that helps relax and calm the mind and body. And also makee sure we stay active during pregnancy. Would really really recommend her therapy if you are pregnant or planning to be. It has really helped my mind and body during my last month as i enrolled late.
