Me and my sister had put on a lot of weight due to sedentary lifestyle. Losing weight seemed like a far fetched thing to us until we started our weight loss journey with Janhavi mam. During our counseling sessions she made us realize that weight loss could be fun and not so scary. The only ask from her is that we should follow it with dedication. Whenever coming up with a diet plan, she would always take care of our choices and still try to come up with an alternative healthy option. We absolutely loved couple of the diet recipes that she gave. So much so, that even today after completing the weight loss journey we still sometimes prepare those!!
