Clinic was closed at the time of appointment, contacted Practo and they reached out to doctor and informed me that doctor will reach clinic in about 20 minutes. When I returned to clinic after 20 minutes, doctor Oak was standing outside as another doctor was using the doctors cabin for consultation. Dr. Oak apologied for the delay in opening the clinic as per schedule appointment and asked me to wait for 10 minutes outside the clinic as there isn't any place to sit in the clinic. Waited there for 30 minutes just outside the clinic and then realised that Dr. Oak is attending another patient who was a walk-in patient. Contacted Practo and thanks to practo for excellent customer service, the Practo team apologied for the inconvenience and asked if they can schedule appointment for another time. Much appreciate the Practo Prime guarantee and they have lived upto the commitment.
Clinic doesn't have a space to sit for patients and doctor doesn't value others time.
** *** ** ** ********* ******** ******* He does not have the empathy / care for patients. I went with my mother with blood clot issues on 21 Oct 24 to Aditya Birla hospital. She was having low HB. She was asked to go through xray and dopler test. While Dopler test was going on, I went to him in his OPD to request him to wait for 5 mins and check in her person in his OPD . He did not even look at me and ******* said, come tomorrow at 12 PM. We had to then admit my mother, he did not visit on 21 Oct in IPD. on 22 he visited but only said her HB is low, wait till Friday and we will see what to do. He did not visit on 23 / 24 Oct in IPD. By Thursday, 24 Oct, her condition detoriated in hospital, he did not visit in ICU and on Friday, 25 Oct, he came and said she is critical and needs surgery called physiotomy. after the surgery, he said after 2 days, on 28 Oct, that she needs her left hand amputation since her bleeding on left hand was not stopping because they suspected acquired haemophilia . it was a big decision for us, we asked what are chances of survival, he was non commital about it. **** ** ***** ** **** ** **** *** *** ********* ** ******** ** **** *** **** *** ***** ********* ** ***** ** ** * ******* ********** **** *** I would never recommend him at all.
Not recommended at all! Please don't go to him. He doesn't care about the patient, he is very rude, doesn't even hear your queries and doesn't answer properly. Please save your money by not consulting him. Better to leave the patient in pain and agony rather than consulting this doctor.
He treats n thinks that patients are not humans, never try to listen. Had unexpected experience. Never seen doctor like him and will never like to interact with him. I eventually meet him for opinion but got terrible experience.
I would like to tell small thing there are people in the world who are humans, *** *** ****** ******* **** **** *** *** ***** ****** ******
