Before visiting Dr. M.S.Barthwal I had gone to many different doctors who ended up giving me antibiotics for cold and dry cough related cough syrups, no one was able to diagnose the actual cause behind my constant pesky coughing. Then I found Dr. Barthwal on Practo and visited him in his Undri clinic. He diagnosed me with allergic rhinitis and cough-variant asthma and gave me medicines to keep it in control. He even demonstrated how to use the medication pump and nasal spray properly. He sat me down and educated me regarding the condition and how to cope with it in future in case of flare-up. He even instructed me to maintain an asthma dairy for self-monitoring purpose and to gain insight of the cause behind this allergic reaction. I followed the treatment plan for around a month and my condition improved significantly. I highly recommend the doctor for those who are suffering from lung related ailments. Dr. Barthwal is a gem of a find, a true gentleman and a multifaceted person.

The first facet I observed when I visited him in his undri clinic. He was very kind. He sat me down, made me comfortable, and spent a long time understanding my condition. He did a thorough physical examination, and spent a long time educating me about the peculiarities of this condition and how to cope with it.

The second facet I observed when I went to meet him at the DYPU clinic. I learnt that he is the HOD there. His beautiful office is lined with awards and trophies, each one earned because of his deep research into this topic and the contribution he has made for its applications.

The last and final facet I saw when I saw him interact with the doctors that he mentors. He treated them with kindness and respect that only a truly genuine human being can bring out in times of absolute power.

My brother was infected by Covid 19 and was hospitalised for more than a month on ventilator at my native place due to Post Covid Pneumonia . My family and I were contemplating over moving my brother to Pune for better treatment, but we were unsure if that's the right decision. We were fortunate enough to find Dr Barthwal.We consulted Dr Barthwal over a video call. Dr Barthwal took ample time over the call to understand the details about my brother and he listed out all the positive as well negative points about my brother's health. He categorically disapproved of moving my brother to Pune as the medications that were ongoing were the best that any doctor could give. My history with doctor -

2 years ago I took my mom to see this doctor, after that we recommend one of our relative to him, then I went to him, so I have enough experience with this doctor.

On my first interaction I was pretty impressed by his explanation and his skill of communication This was 2 years ago. When i took my mom to see him. That time he charged us 1500 we were fine with it. After all he showed us a picture on his "macbook".

Recently I got into the the problem, i was caughing since past few days and again we went to seen him this time i was the patient.

When I visited him he was talking to someone on a call, about 20 minutes leter he attended me. While he was attending me he received another call again and again he kept me sitting for next 20 minutes. *** *** **** * ***** ****** **** *** **** *** ** **** **** **** ** *** **********

he showed me the exact same picture which didn't have anything to do with my conditions and pricribed the medicines which he prescribed to my mother 2 years ago.

I thought he is a expert might know the condition better" so i started with his prescribed medication.

I had searched him over the internet and looking upon his qualification and background. Initially, i was bit nervous too because he was from defence so i had reached before time. But upon first meeting he made me comfortable after talking not like as Dr., but as a curios person to know much about you. I was bit surprised, when he asked the history of not only my disease/problem, but he also enquired about the health/disease history of your siblings, parents and grand parents to analyse the issue. He spends enough time to know your problem and he explains the cause of your disease and how his medicine will work on it. My first session with Dr. was around One and Half hour.

He is not behind wealth, but to cure you and cure the society as well after making you aware about the problems/diseases people are facing these days.

He initially told me the probable cause of my problem and started with some medicine instruments with proper demonstration and after few diagnosis, he confirmed the root cause and started treatment.

On 2nd visit, he asked to bring the medicine instruments and wanted to check how i was using the medicine instrument. This shows his sincerity towards his patients.

I am still under his medication and very much satisfied.

Note: One Suggestion, Before first visit to him please have the history of your disease since you recall/remember/memory along with your siblings/ancestors. Better you make all the points noted somewhere lest you could tell everything to him to analyse your problem well.

Hi all, this feedback is from a son who was tensed and worried about his mother’s health who is suffering from asthma and breathing problem since many years. Actually mom is diabetic and having high BP in addition to the respiration problem, which is making difficult for her to breathe and breath may get shortened while eating, it is impacting her health, started to lose weights. Her breathing problem was so severe that while breathing normally she makes a lot of sound, she was not able to walk, not able to climb stairs…. I live in Pune and after some research I came to know about Dr M S Barathwal. So decided to call mom in Pune n on 6th April mom landed in Pune from Guwahati, as she lives there. I took appointment for 7th April. We visited Barathwal Sir, he got concern about the treatment she was taking in Guwahati. He checked her firmly with minute details about her conditions n past history. He gave medicines for 3 days and asked to revisit as she may require an admission in hospital. After 3 days when revisited she was feeling better and breathing sound was almost gone. He again checked and gave medicines for 2 weeks and now mom has recovered to a great extent. Mom has to go back to Guwahati, so Barathwal Sir gave his colleague's details in Guwahati for future checkup and said he will coordinate with the doctor if required. I consulted Dr. Barthwal for my father, Dr. Vijay Garg, about 2 years back. My father is 79 years old, a General Physician himself, practicing in Faridabad till about 3 years back and a chronic COPD patient for last 25 years. He was involved with Corporates as an Occupational doctor. Due to the nature of his work, he was exposed to adverse conditions and started suffering from COPD, which deteriorated progressively.
