Suggestion Urine test

Hi Sir / Madam,
Past  3 weeks I was observing yellow colour in urine..So I did a urine routine test ( reports attached) Also done my USG Kub & liver which I have done a month back when I had stomach pain.
During day time I drink very less qty of water but during night I drink more water and today I consulted urologist and he said it's hyperuremia and I am bit tensed now.
Also when u had stomach infection my CRP was 44 and my CRP is reduced to 11.
I have urine leakage for 5 mins after urine pass.
Doctor was asked me to repeat the urine test when I see yellow colour urine also asked me to repeat USG after a month.
Below is the prescribed medicine.
Alkaston B6 200 ml solution.
Bit worried when he said it's hyperuremia.
Pls suggest & guide me..

I'm experiencing gradual weight increase and fatigue. I'm also sometimes having difficulty swallowing food/water as if there's a lump in my throat. It starts paining for a while. I suspect this could be a thyroid issue but not fully aware of other symptoms. Can someone help me identify the same and also suggest if I should go for a blood test.

Unnecessary weight gain / Thyroid

I went through MRI Brain scan two years ago (i.e 9th march 2015) because I was having severe headache all the time. My MRI report showed that I have a Bulky Pituitary gland with suprior convexity (physiological hyperplasia) that time my weight was normal according to my height. ( age 26 height 5'4 ..weight -63) from last one year my weight is continuosly increasing my current weight is 74kg....earlier my weight never crossed this much. Yesterday I went for a TSH test and my tsh range is 7.41. I would like to consult a good Endocrinologist regarding my thyroid problem but I cannot ignore my MRI reports . My concern is my MRI report is two years old. Is it ok to show it to a doctor or I have to go for new MRI Brain scan again ? I have read somewhere that we should not go for MRI scan frequently. Kindly clear my confusion Thanks

Heart disease prevention

One third of all deaths in India are attributable to cardiovascular disease.

Considering that making lifestyle changes are usually harder to come by, what basic and cheap diagnostic tests can one go through on a regular basis to ensure they catch an early onset of cardiovascular disease?
Also what should be the frequency of these tests? Quarterly, half-yearly, yearly?
