She explained clearly why the problem was happening and walked me through the solution in detail. I booked an appointment through Practo. When I had come to Braces and smile, I had so many apprehensions regarding finding a solution for my deep bite as it was causing me pain like anything. But Dr. Prashant Gupta told me about my problems amd explained me the procedure in very proper manner.

Regarding Staff: Dr. Vrushalee and Dr. Prashant and the coworker Revati at the clinic are very friendly and open to giving dental explanation with the procedures given. They provide all the possible solutions and diagnosed issues thoroughly and, that’s how come to the final conclusion for giving treatment and crown.

I recently visited Braces and Smiles Dental clinic in Kalyani Nagar and had an awesome experience! Dr Vrushalee Oak is very friendly and welcoming Dental professional.I visited the clinic to get an inlay and a re-root canal done.Dr Vrushalee was attentive and took the time out to listen to my concerns.She is a root canal expert and it showed, even though the re-root canal was complicated, she explained the entire procedure in detail and answered all of my questions which put me at ease.The procedure itself was carried over several appointments and she worked efficiently and gently and made the entire process almost painless for me(not to mention her singing talent which certainly helped in making the procedure comfortable :) ) I was able to make a full recovery post the treatment.I would like to thank Dr Vrushalee, Dr Prashant and their entire team for providing such care and would most definitely recommend them, especially if you are looking for a root canal treatment, you can be rest assured you will be in good hands!!Thanks,Onkar

I visited Dr Vrushalee via a referral.Earlier I was a bit susceptible to visit a dentist in Covid situations but the kind of arrangements she had was a great relief. Good things I observed about her are :

1)She took care of Sanitization properly by providing gloves, temperature checks which was relaxing.

2)She kept asking if I am experiencing any pain or uncomfortable during the treatment. This is a very good sign of a doctor as it means that she is concerned of ur well being and is not just treating it as a regular task.

3)She is very punctual about appointment timings. I don’t like waiting for more than 15 mins honestly. Very few doctors stick to appointment timings. Also she was prompt if there are any changes.

4)She will guide properly of what is required.Some dentist just would like to charge for follow ups unnecessarily but not her.

5)I would definitely recommend her for being friendly, hygienic, Punctual and Honest
