Why have you empanelled a doctor who isn't willing to provide consultations on Practo? The doctor requires patients to be physically present. It's been 24 hours since I posted my query, but there's still no response from the doctor. The doctor is not forthcoming in discussing the exact disease with his patients. I don't recommend such doctors.
