Consequently, I decided to seek treatment from Dr. Vilas, who I believed would offer a more conservative approach with fewer medications and tests.

However, Dr. Vilas recommended hospitalization. When I inquired about the daily admission fee, he quoted a minimal amount. Despite this, I was billed ₹9,500 for just the admission and consultation over two days, with an additional ₹4,000 for medications. Although I was admitted for only two days, there was considerable pressure to extend the stay. To my surprise, I was charged for three separate consultations, as the hospital claimed Dr. Vilas conducted three follow-up visits.
