Dr. Vijata Neharkar

I liked this clinic a lot. very bright and nice. Dr. Vijata madam was so well spoken yet smiling all the time. she gave me my prescription in print, on sms and the followup was taken care of. she didnt mind me asking her all the questions. i liked her.

Dr.Vijata is very friendly and she has always guided me properly with all the treatment details and during this lockdown she had kept a follow up and post lockdown the clinic was sanitized and every patient was given treatment only by appointment .

I am happy with her treatment till now. Waiting for the results.

Dr Vijata is a very friendly doctor and the best part about her is that apart from helping you with the treatment she is also great at counselling you. I have been going to her quote regularly for the past 6 months with my skin related issues and with time I have got amazing results. If you are someone who is looking for a good dermatologist who will actually help you get good results then she is definitely the one

It was nice to speak with doctor,the way of taking ,behaviour with patients is so polite ant motivational, this is first time I visit here.themost important thing is that she has positive attitude while speaking with patients,Hope I vil get rid scars soon.All the best

Lets start from basic. I have approached her for skin treatment. She first has done chemical peel ***** *** **** ** ** ******* Then she dignosed my skin condition as ice pic scars for which she suggested TCA cross peel. **** *** ***** **** **** ***** ** *** ******* ******* **** ** *** ***** **** ***** ***** * ** ******** ** **** **** **** **** *** *** ****** ** ** **** ****** ** *** *** ***** ** ******* ** * ***** **** ** ******** **** ***** *** **** ** *********** ***** * ** ****** *** *** *** **** ********* *************

Now coming to second part. She has told me price of one MNRF session 7500/- I mean dude!!! People more capable than her having their own set up offering one MNRF treatement just for 2500-3000/-. **** * ***** ********. I have paid her an advance of 4000/- for mnrf session but unfortunately I have caught with dengue at that time and could not go for her session. If face I had to cancel it twice due to ill health. This woman did not return a single rupee nor she converted it into other session.

There are few things that we found disturbing.

1. The doctor was searching stuff on the internet when we were interacting with her. I would not go to a who has to refer internet for very basic things. Also 2 weeks later the infection was just spreading, the treatment was completely ineffective. So went to another doctor, who suggested that we had been given very low dose & that too archaic medicine.

2. The receptionist was very adamant on giving feedback, fortunately we did not heed her request. We are not here to buy vegetables. A doctor can be judged by treatment, not by their appearances. Now I know why such high ratings are given. You don't give the patient the privacy to give rating, you are looking over their shoulder what rating is been given, obviously most patients would give good rating.

3. The receptionist had completely forgot to return Rs. 200 & was least bothered to get the change. Extremely bad experience.

Very bad experience. Here are a few reasons:

1)The doctor's staff first photographs your skin problem, so basically you have the entire staff staring at your skin ailment and its even displayed on their pc's.

2) The doctor seems to be in a rush as she dosent even bother to take a look at your problem. She briefly glances at the low resolution picture on her computer and gives you a list of medicines. She literally spends a couple of minutes with the patients.

I will never visit this docyor ever again. Horrible experience!

When we call for the appointment to remove moil and ask the charges they say doctor will tell, they dont tell their is consaltancy charges which we need to pay before going to doctor.

I went to her clinic from long distance with the appointment waited fir almost 45 minutes and after that lady receipnest ask for 400 as consultancy charges.when i took my bag she went inside and come back saying u can go.. seems they have different process for different patients.

Inside doctor was asking whats your surname, i was shoked to here that.. i dont know what was in her mind...

She just told me fess for removal and it was too much for me so i told her i dont want treatment so what is your consultant charges i will pay.. she bluntly said 400.. which i paid..

I dont know what is right and wrong..

I was having acne problem and after taking treatment from Dr. Vijata at Krasa clinic my acne and dark spots has cleared. Hence I have started my hair removal treatment and I am happy with the progress, I am definately going to recoment this clinic to my family and friend's.

First time at the clinic and we were impressed. We liked the pre process of calling in advance, this means you guys care for your patients experience.

Doctor was very polite and patient to listen to our problem. Liked this clinic and highly mightly recommend to my family n friends.
