I had eye related problem which was bothering to me from long time tats the reason i have visited to Dr Vaishali in October. As i have experienced there Dr was good in explaining the things and about the treatment but i personally had some confusion about my eye problem so i have taken second opinion with Dr Pankaj and i have taken treatment from him only.Dr vaishali was friendly and well professional doctor but some times its very important to get rid of all your confusions and that the reason for me to visit Dr Pankaj. I have only visited once to Dr vaishali.
As per my experience there was no waiting time in the clinic I got consulted with the Doctor on the fixed appointment time.The clinic staff was also fine there.The clinic was managed aesthetically. Over all i had good experienced with Dr Vaishali. but as i have taken treatment from Dr Pankaj so i have not much to say about it. the best thing i would like to mention here is fixing prior appointment with the Doctor was best thing so you can save your time and it will not get wasted in the clinic in long Queue.

She had many patients and is quite busy. Thus often, there was no waiting time to see me.I have booked appointment prior with the doctor and was waiting for her for approx ten to fifteen minutes in waiting room.I have gone through with her positive reviews so i knew that I am in good hands with her and it is worth to wait ten minutes that is not a big deal. She is very thorough, knows everything about eye conditions and testing and goes over and beyond. She calm me down after about my fear which I had due to my first visit to a ophthalmologist. She kind of agree with me about my thoughts related to my problem. It was so nice that I feel calm and relax. I will take all my family to see this doctor. She is great! Service in the reception area was good staff was sweet and professional enough.
As i was very concerned about my eye problem so i asked many question to the dr regarding the same. I had a general idea that what I wanted to do but Dr.Vaishali knew exactly what to do ! I love her staff and my appointments were pretty much on schedule. The doctor and her staff know eyes and know their jobs well. Dr. Vaishali is an excellent eye specialist and I highly recommend her.
