The doctor is good and her experience does helps the patients. I would appreciate if the waiting time can be minimised as we are travelling from a long distance. The appointment timing should be given to each patient so that she/ he might be available at that time. Considering the appointment once we reach the clinic is not at all a good way as we have to wait for the whole day in such a long queue . I am really disappointed with the kind of management for appointments is currently carried out. Please allocate a particular Time to each patient so that the patient doesn't have to wait for his/ her turn. It would be appreciated if the patients time is also respected.

Dr. Vaishali Deshmukh is extremely arrogant doctor and lacks patience
She has tremendous ego being one of very few Endocrinologist in pune.
She is too short tempered! Which usually clouds her judgement for treatment, but unfortunately we have very less options available. So we will have to bear with her

The doctor has no value of time. What's the point of being a doctor when the doctor herself is not responsible about her timing. People come from so far and she doesn't value it.

Very bad experience!!!!!!! As doctor is good, but her attitude is very bad about patients time. If your appointment is at 10am, Dr never come on time, normally we expect 30min delay but here is 3+ hour delay which is not good.
Her receptionist also not support properly, if u ask Dr time she always says 'Dr is on the way'.
Please respect other people time.
