My wife is suffering from cervical and lumber disc bulge. Last year she started feeling severe pain in her neck and right shoulder. She was admitted and diagnosed with Cervical disc and then treating doctor suggested her surgery and mentioned that there coul be complications. Same day she asked for discharged and got it very next day. Hospital treatment did help a little with pain but was still there.This year again around same time she started feeling severe pain in her neck and right shoulder, mostly right shoulder. Moveing her right hand was becoming too much painful for her. We consulted almost 4-5 spine specialists. The last one Dr. Deogaonkar assured us that her cervical disc bulge shoud not cause such pain and she does not need surgery. He further referred us to Dr. Uttam Sidhaye for pain management.This was the main turning point. As Dr. Deogaonkar rightfully mentioned, Dr. Sidhaye is real champ in Pain management. In her first consultation itself, Dr. Sidhaye identified that the reason of the pain was might be due to Tendonitis which was later confirmed by the MRI scan of the right shoulder. He suggested PRP therapy which we agreed to. He mentioned that it takes 2-3 sessions but after 2 sessions only she got good relief and her right hand and arm movement got better with very minimum pain. Dr has already mentioned that it would take couple of months since PRP is regenerative therapy. Dr also mentioned that since the progress is very good, we don't need the 3rd session.Sharing this review so that people who are suffering from pain may find it useful. Even we went yo doctor after reading such good reviews. I highly recommend this doctor for any kind of pain which peope may be suffering for months or gor over the years.
