Dr. Umesh Paprunia

We visited this doctor on 13th Nov 2018 when my Dad was not feeling well and was having severe stomach pain. We had done his full body check up from Deenanath hospital and they asked us to do CT scan for stomach. We did that in Noble hospital and decided to consult Mr. Paprunia .

We went to him with the detailed CT scan reports. He examined that. It was a kidney stone there (which we already knew from my Dad's Urologists) but he was having some other symptoms as well, so he had suggested to consult Mr. Paprunia for the stomach pain.

Me , my dad and my Mom were repeatedly asking him what is in the report and is there anything serious which we should worry, he repeatedly answered - "NO, there is some Liver related issues but your Urologists will guide you on that. Ask to your Urologists". Apart from this he literally did not tell anything. In reports it was written that it's Portal Vein Thrombosis and hyper pressure on Liver veins and many other serious things. Still this doctor DID NOT BOTHER TO TELL US anything !!

He should have at least told us what has happened to my mom or me in person. Until we went to another doctor we even did not know this medical terms like what thrombosis means.

My mother was under his care for gallstones, for 7 days she was in continuous pain and the doctor did not take a decision to operate her. He kept saying that there is infection and the surgery will be complicated but at the same time did not give any treatment plan for the infection. After taking a decision to move my mother to a different surgeon she was instantly declared SOS *** *** ***** ****** ********* * ********** ******* **** ******* ********* *** ********* ** **** **** * ***** ***** **** ***** *** ** *** **** Dr Paprunia is also very rude to the family members.
