Dr. Swarali Shendye

I was detected with Covid in March. I was 7 months pregnant then and could not take allopathic medicines. My symptoms were head ache, extreme body ache, dry cough and weakness. My husband immediately contacted Swarali Mam and she prescribed certain ayurvedic medicines. Since I was pregnant she could not give me strong doses. However, they worked like magic for me as my headache subsided and was at very low intensity for two days. My body ache took a few days to go but was manageable because of the meds. I took only two Dolo 650s in a span of four days along with ayurvedic supplements. My cough was persistant for a week but saw a downward curve everyday. Swarali mam also advised to not consume any fruits except Pomegranate which really helped the cough to be in check. She would follow up with my husband everyday and dunzo the medicines as and when my symptoms would change. I was advised to take Ecosprin (which is a blood thinner) by my gynacologist as my D Dimer test was abnormally high. Swarali mam advised against it and gave me kadha instead. Within 10 days I fully recovered from all symptoms of Covid 19 and on the 17th day was in Himachal Pradesh hiking. This reinstated my belief in Ayurveda and its healing. I would highly recommend Covid positive patients to try ayurvedic measures to fight the virus. Swarali mams guidance and diagnosis is spot on and has helped me throughout my pregnancy.

I have been taking consultations here for about three months now. **** ************* *** ***** ******** Recently did one of the panchakarma procedures 'Vaman' here. It is not an easy process and can get tricky, but Dr. Swarali guided me very well through the process. I was comfortable with her experience and quite happy with the results. They practice with a lot of passion and great intentions which I experienced first hand. It has been a great learning experince for me to be associated with them. I have recommended and actually taken a lot of my friends and family for consultations to them who have also had good results.

It's been a month now I'm consulting Dr. Shendye for acne on face. Yes, there is a noticable difference and my skin is getting better each day. I feel much better, will definitely recommend for skin problems.
