It is said that Plastic Surgery is a miracle and Dr. Swapna Athavale is no less than a magician.

I want to thank Dr. Swapna and Practo Team for helping me understand all the queries and concerns related to my surgery. My experience was great with the doctor; pre and post surgery. She’s very polite *** ************* with good experience.

The Surgery was not painful. After treatment, all the instructions were given properly.

I highly recommend Dr. Swapna to anyone who is looking for an experienced surgeon in pune.

I had visited the hospital and it was for face injury. Treatment was fine. Doctor helped me well. Three face cream was suggested. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. I had problem in consultation, I got operated in October last year and I came after 4 months. I was able to meet doctor in February. Waiting time was for 20 minutes. I called doctor in month of April on call, but she didn't pick. One of the cream is not working fine and not treating my injury well. I want to visit again. Hospitality was good. 

Do not visit this place if you have a genuine concern and value your hard earned money. I'm sharing my experience here for people to understand a few things to consider before visiting this clinic.I was affected by shingles because of which I had a bruise near my eyebrow. I was consulting a dermatologist and was on meds to get rid of the infection. Once it was done and as I had an upcoming event at my place I wanted to check if the bruise on my face can be worked upon. My dermatologist suggested that I visit Dr. Swapna Athavale at Jupiter hospital in Baner. The day I visited for the surgery which was pre-scheduled at 11 AM, the doctor turned up 1 hour late. They made me sign a consent letter which as a layman I signed without understanding. At the time of discussion she told me that it is a very minor bruise and it will heal in a few days and the end result will just be a small line due to the stitch.Well she charged me 10k fees calling it plastic surgery, asked me to buy meds worth 1.5k - 2k for recovery. I went for a follow-up to get the stitches removed, to which she made me wait for another hour, asking me to apply the same ointment she had suggested for a few more days.Ultimately when she removed the stitches, it was just like it was before. When questioned, she tried reasoning with me that it will take some time. After some time nothing really changed and that's when she told me that my eyebrow muscle is much stronger than expected. I tried reasoning with her yet she told me whatever I paid has been used for the equipment, as to which I asked if I had wasted my money to which she just said yes and blocked me on WhatsApp. **** ** ******* ********** ******* **** ****** *** ********* ***** *** ****** ******* ** *** **** *** * ***** ******** **** ************** ******** **** * ******* ******* Doctors are those people whom we trust blindly as we do not possess any knowledge in that field and treat them as god. I would recommend people to verify the reviews of the said doctor once before blindly trusting them with your hard earned money. I am posting this review and I am firm on my horrific experience with this lady doctor. "If you thumb had a larger cut then I could had rejoined it"

My daughter had health issue so went to hospital. Doctor was ok. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I am 50 percent fine with consultation. Treatment is actually long term. Doctor told me to come again but we are unable to go because of COVID. Cream was suggested by doctor. There was no waiting time in the hospital. My daughter had cosmetic treatment as she had skin allergy. Hospitality was good. Doctor was friendly.

I had health issue so went to hospital. Doctor was good but they charged extra fees, it was 1300 Rs. I am 50 percent happy with consultation. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. Tablets which was not necessary and I completed course but there was no results. It was for skin related issue I visited so I discontinued with this doctor. There was some waiting time in the hospital, it was for 15- 20 minutes. Hospitality was good. I am consulting to some other doctor now.

I had visited the hospital for my son, he had finger injury, he broke his finger. ****** *** ***** Small surgery was done for him. I have already recommended doctor to my family or friends.  I am satisfied with the treatment given. There was waiting time in the hospital. It was for 15 minutes. My son is recovered now. Hospitality was good. Doctor was available whenever required. Hospital is near my my house.

She gives a lot of time to the issue herself....and seems quite genuine not commmercial.....she doesn't jump to the diagnosis showing overconfidence.....she will explain till u r satisfied

Dr.Swapna is extremely nice and attentive. She explained the procedure in detail and patiently answered all my queries. I would definitely recommend her!
