I am actively into various forms of sports viz Cycling, Trekking, Running, Gym, Strength Training etc. I had suffered from a tear in right shoulder. I was really worried about the injury as I wanted to recover fast and get back to my fitness regimen.

Being a Classical Katthak Dancer n a Fitness Enthusiast , Healthy lifestyle is my primary focus.But from 2months I had triggers on my Right Shoulder.I had severe pain n I needed Doctor's help.

Dr.Snehal Deshpande came as a Savior.I visited her at her Bavdhan clinic, with her charming smile n initial diagnosis she recommended a few Muscle Strengthening exercises.After a week,my pain had receeded. Dr. Snehal Deshpande has been perfect in her decision to start active exercises after my rotator cuff tear surgery. She has taken keen interest in guiding me appropriately considering my ability to do the exercises. she has also given the various options to the exercises which were not possible by me.
