She is really passionate about her profession and she explains things in detail answer all your querries. I have never seen such polite down to earth doctor ever.

********* ******* ********* *** ******** *******Doctor is consultant at sahyadri hospital nagar road pune and her private clinic is Genesis womens' clinic at goodwill square ,kamal park ,dhanori.She is expert in high risk pregnacies and deliveries and other gynaecologists also refer their high risk patients to her.I would recommend her to all pregnant women.

Selecting Smita Ma'am as my doctor during pregnancy was the best decision. She is always available for you and will very well answer your doubt/ questions. No unwanted test / extra sonography. She is very soft spoken and the moment you to talk to her all your worries are gone...just like a mother. Though I had c-section delivery due to cord around the babies neck, but she tried her level best for normal delivery. Will surely recommed her.

I called in advance for an appointment through Practo, I could hear the man who answered the phone ask the doctor what time she would be available in the background. I was told to come at 3.45pm sharp. I asked if anything could be done earlier because I had a shift at 4pm. I was told earlier isn't an option.

I missed work and reached the clinic in Kalyani Nagar at 3.40pm sharp. I had for over half an hour the doctor did not bother turning up. Finally when I asked the man at the reception he said she wasn't going to turn up she cancelled.

Are you serious? I'm a patient I have been waiting inspite of having a job that I needed to get to and no one could even inform me inspite of me waiting that I wasn't going to be attended to. I could have been waiting forever had I not asked.

The man then gave me the doctors number which I called several times with no answer. Finally some girl answered who stated the doctor will call me back. It's been 10days since but I haven't heard from the doctor or anyone.

Pathetic way to treat patients. I would never recommend someone so irresponsible.

I consulted the doctor for birth control pills. I didn't feel confident about the information I was being given when I asked her specifically about the long term, especially menopausal side effects of pills. The internet, especially all the health sites, are loaded with literature connecting the side effects of using them long term to menopause. Either she has no idea about it, or as per her training, she is taught to ignore side effects which most doctors trained in western medicine do. I was also not comfortable paying Rs.500/- for just a consultation without any examination when far more experienced and highly rated gynaecologists in Pune charge less than that.

She is very improfessional doctor .

Ffor my second visit she is not available since 1 week .she has given me appoinment time and then reschedule it and posponding bevause she has peraonal work. This has been don 3-4 timevery improfessional doc ..

Worst experience now m tired taking her appoinment finally moving to other gud gyaneclogist.

Last month my wife had problem with stomach and she is pregnant, I was search the doctor via Practo app. When I and spouse explain problem doctor understand the issue and done the treatment. Also, explain why this is happening. After some time my wife was feeling fine.Thanks doctor for this.
