Dr. Siddharth Hansalia

My daughter was treated by Dr. Siddharth Hansalia for tooth alignment and smile improvement over 1.6 years. The doctor was friendly, explained things well, and handled everything smoothly.

Dr. Siddharth Hansalia is very meticulous, experienced, and patiently explains all issues. The clinic environment and staff were pleasant, and the wait time was reasonable. Overall, the visit felt like good value for money and I highly recommend him.

The Doctor is very patient , explained the problem and the possible solutions with their merits and demerits . Has an extremely gentle hand which typically is an important skill for a dentist.

Appointment was pre- scheduled looking at mutual convenience and there was no delay or waiting once I reached the clinic. That ideally was a great start to the experience.

The clinic was super clean , chic and well maintained with polite staff. While all covid processes seemed in place making the patient feel safe in these covid times.

Would Highly recommend Dr. Hansalia's clinic for dental treatment.

Dr Siddharth and Dr Avanti Hansalia both are very friendly and explained the process in very effective manner. How the teeth will be treated by the aligner and how will it work through out the treatment was explained with the help of screen and it made us easy to understand.Dr Siddharth and Dr Avanti thank you for the follow up happy to have treatment with them.

Got appointment for myself for 1230 pm via practo, but we're entertained only around 1250-55.

I was cool with that, since it might take a while in such things.

The real shock came in when as soon as I articulated my misery.

The dentist or whatever he was, popped in my mouth for 5 seconds and concluded that he needs a full dental x-ray. Real shock, without which he won't be able to comment on the course of action. He said that the lab will mail the xray to him for checking further.

His receptionists debited 3000 instead of 300 as the consultation fee. He was kind enough inform us and acknowledge that he will debit the amount of how procedure from the excess paid.

He recommended us to a x-ray lab and I went there, got the xray for full mouth, not only the affected tooth

Also mentioned that since it's wisdom tooth, he might want to call in a specialist for the treatment. What option did we have but to say yes.

When we returned to the dentist with the reports, to our surprise, no one was there at their gates. We waited for 10-15 min there while continuously calling on the number. No answer.

We left furious.

Around 6pm the receptionist answered the call citing her baby's health being the reason for her absence. We didn't have any problem with that and asked her to take care of the baby first while allotting is a slot. She assured me a slot and we visited the dentist one again in the evening.

Also, we made it very clear that we would need the excess about back and would pay it as the procedure progresses. They obliged.

In evening when we reached, the dentist was not there. We were taken aback at the blatant lies told to at our face. When we demanded to speak to the dentist, provide the consultation the X-ray that he had received over email and the xray taken, he asked the receptionist to book an appointment for us the next day and denied consultation over problem. How should I book an appointment with specialist without actually knowing what the reports is saying? Atleast he could have explained over phone what/why have to done, he refrained.

By this time,we we're really pissed. First, you fault charge us, ask us to get a futile xray at our cost, fritter a patient's time, and then don't give us the consultation for which you have already charged..that is not done sir. That is not the way to do things.

I, who is the patient was about to give the receptionist and the doctor a piece of her mind, but I being in pain didn't say anything. Mostly because we didn't want to create a scene in front of another person waiting there.

I wish I could just tell others to be cautious of such doctors.

Disappointed in my first visit to the clinic. Had taken appointment well in advance for severe toothache...was confirmed for 7 pm slot by the clinic staff, and 7:30 pm appointment time sent as message by practo. The receptionist calls at 6:45 when I have almost reached the clinic to inform that appointment has been shifted to 8 pm since the doctor had to go somewhere! And all this after i had informed that i will have an infant with me! You could have informed earlier to save me the trouble of travelling all over to baner.

This is my 2nd visit in 6 month .Dr siddharth is very expert *** ************* ****** in his speciality. He also gives ample time to patients, explains everything regarding problem and solutions available. Most important thing I noticed is superb hygiene and cleaniness of the place and procedures. I would strongly recommend Dr S Hansalia for any dental issues.

I visited clinic which is at Baner road. Neet and clean clinic and equipments whatever used for treatment. Root canal and cap fixing were done in 4 visits. I never feel a pain while treatment. He explains everything thing what he did and what will be in next visit. Along with root canal two fillings also done in other two teeth to avoid such treatment in a future on those two another teeths. I like his punctuality, treatment exactly starts on given time.

Excellent People and Doctors(both Mr. and Mrs.Hansaliya),child friendly,very understanding cooperative,soft spoken and experienced Doctor.

Clinic is very hygienic and clean They follow all protocols for safety from Covid-19. Very systematic and appreciable work.

Undergone full mouth dental treatment. It was a painless treatment for all my teeth fillings and root canal treatment. Crown quality and fitting were best. Its difficult to differentiate between natural and artificial tooth. It's quiet easy for me to say for dentist recommendation.
