We (Sneha , Yogesh and Our baby :) )would like to thank Dr. Shobha madam for all that she has done to make our pregnancy journey smooth and comfortable. Her calm and welcoming demeanor makes us feel safe. Her advices have extremely helped us throughout. She thoroughly explains the reasons for all the medications / advices / decisions.In initial days we went to her clinic and later on we got her consultation in Cloudnine . Finally it was a Normal delivery . Mom & baby are doing good and healthy .For anything and everything Obgyn -- it's Shobha ma'am :)

I consulted Dr Shobha Venkat for my pregnancy and delivery. I am 35 years old, with a history of miscarriage. Upon learning of the pregnancy, we were referred to Dr. Shobha and we are very happy and thankfulto be under her able guidance at Cloudnine Old Airport Road. ****** ***** ****** ** ******* *********** ****** ***** ** ********** She has a very calm and positive demeanour which helped us look forward to the whole journey. While many people would tell us that caesarean delivery was the only way out due to my age and history, ma'am supported us in our wish to have a normal delivery, unless the situation required the alternative. She guided us to do exercises and consult the physiotherapist to prepare the body for the stress of labour and delivery. Finally, I successfully delivered normally, as per my wish, with the help of epidural. While I requested epidural during the labour, instead of birth plan, it was provided promptly and helped reduce 50%of the pain. This enabled me to conserve my energy for the final pushing. Doctor Shobha was very calm and encouraging during the entire process. Today I have a healthy baby and am recovering well, thanks to ma'am. I highly recommend her guidance.

Dr shobha is very amicable doctor. When I first visited her at cloudnine OAR, she talked so nicely and explained things so exhaustively, that both me and my husband gained confidence in her. Consecutive visits reinforced the belief. She helps guide us to enable normal delivery. Unfortunately my water broke 6 weeks early. Both of us were tensed if the baby would be ok. We immediately went to hospital and I was admitted. Post my scans and tests, doctor decided to do c-section that very evening to ensure my health as well as that of the baby. She gave couple of steroid injections that day prior to operation to ensure faster development of baby esp lung capacity, the baby came out healthy. He was kept in NICU for 3 days for observation for breathing because he was preterm. The doctors and sisters in NICU took very good care there as well and we both returned home all well within a week. Cant thank Dr Shobha enough for her support throughout.

Post-C-section, I developed infection due to improper uterus closure - they didn't close the uterus layer during surgery. After 1 month, I got fever; she simply gave me some medicines. 8 months later, irregular periods started. *** ****** *** ********** ********* ********** **** **** ******** ******* ******** **** ******* ******* She agreed to surgery (after dragging treatment since July 2025 with lots of followups/tests). On Feb 21, 2026, she fixed surgery for March 3rd week. Today, she changed plans, wants to wait 3 more months. ***** **** ***** ******** ********* . Very disappointed, she doesn't seem to care about patients. *** *** *** *** *********** ******* **** **************** ***** **** *** *** ****** When I tried explaining my concerns, she said 'no more discussions'. Very ************** *** rude. I will not recommend Cloudnine Old Airport branch. If you don't want to get post-delivery complications, please don't go there.

I recommend Dr. Shobha Venkat. The consultation was good and I felt well cared for during the visit.

We are staying in Kadugodi, Bengaluru & hence were visiting nearby Cloudnine Clinic in Whitefield for my wife's regular pregnancy checkups.

When my wife was nine months due, I got a shocker of my life when the doctor I was visiting, out of blue moon, mentioned that she will not be available for my wife's delivery as she is going to her native for Diwali vacation. I was really anxious & upset to hear that. If she could have hinted the same before then I would have time to find another good doctor but at this late stage I really don't know when my wife could go into her labor pains.

Nevertheless, after I returned from the clinic, I took up the daunting task of finding another doctor who could be much at least caring & of course an expert. After a day of search and speaking with my colleagues & friends, I decided to visit Dr. Shobha Venkat at Cloudnine hospital in ORR. Without wasting anytime, I booked an appointment with her the very next day.

On the appointment day, both of us were little anxious as we were not sure if doctor would be available & more importantly would accept taking forward my wife pregnancy at such late stage. With this apprehension, we both went into the doctor's chamber.

Dr. Shobha Venkat was extremely welcoming. My first impression of her was she is a nice, calm, well poised, well behaved and extremely welcoming doctor. She not only gave us confidence of her availability during the pregnancy but also calmed both us. I found her an expert and the one who knows her work very well. After I came out of the visit, both of us were extremely happy that finally we found the right doctor. There was no other doubts thereafter.

As my baby was little more on weight & my wife started showing tendency of sugar inclination, Dr Shobha advised us to go ahead with the delivery a week before my wife's due date. On the planned date, doctor tried their best to help my wife to deliver naturally but things were not moving as expected. Then again Dr. Shobha's expert decision to go ahead with c-sec came handy. I din't give any second thought and decided to go with her decision as I had already built enough of trust on her.

My wife delivered on 18th November 2015 with a healthy baby boy. Both my wife & baby were fine and back from OT within 2 hours of post operation observation. Cloudnine provided a unique experience for expected father to be inside the OT and experience this unique new phase.

Post delivery, I got a call from Dr. Shobha. She congratulated with her usual warm welcoming voice. It was really nice to hear her as I couldn't meet her post delivery. She also informed me that it was the best decision to go with c-sec as the chord connecting the mother to the baby had started wrapping around my baby's neck and because of that it was quite difficult for the natural delivery and hence the decision to go with c-sec was apt. I was really pleased of myself by trusting Dr. Shobha & going with her decision without any second thought.

I really had a very nice & wonderful experience visiting Dr. Shobha. The only thing I regret now is not visiting her right at early stage of my wife's pregnancy. Nevertheless, I would like to give a big big thanks to her for her ever comforting voice, her amazing expertise and ever welcoming nature. You are the best!!! Thank You!

Dr. Shobha Venkat was welcoming and open-minded. She listened carefully to my doubts and responded positively. She explained my treatment plan very clearly, and the clinic was clean and welcoming.

I am 36 year old and conceived naturally in July 2016, after having a miscarriage in Nov 2012. I never thought I could conceive again, but nature had other plans. I met Dr Shobha at Bhargavi clinic the day I learned that I am pregnant. I was very apprehensive about the chances of this pregnancy completing its term. Dr Shobha's words were very reassuring and she told me to leave everything to nature and pray to God. I did exactly what she advised me. I had gestational diabetes as well. I consulted the endocrynologist suggested by Dr Shobha and followed a very strict diet. I always met the Dr regularly and followed every advise religiously. All my test results throughout my pregnancy were within normal range. I never google searched myself or went for any second opinion regarding the test results in my pregnancy because I always thought that doctors know better than us. As I was busy at work, I could not exercise regularly. Hence I remained active at household chores as much as I could. I took all the calcium and Iron supplements on time and without fail. I had full faith in Dr Shobha and was prepared to undergo either normal delivery or C-section whichever the Dr felt right for me. Her words were always very encouraging. Finally, I had a normal delivery of just 2.5 hours of labour and I delivered a healthy baby girl. My two cents to all those who are planning for a pregnancy or going through a pregnancy - Please have full faith in your doctor, follow their advise religiously, Do not keep changing the doctor frequently, and take everything as it comes. I can't thank Dr Shobha enough for all her valuable guidance and support throughout my pregnancy and delivery.

I know it’s late, but better late than never!

One of the people we as a family are grateful for is Dr.Shobha Venkat.

She was my gynecologist for both my babies.

I gave birth to my baby girl in 2018, who is going to be 5 years old in other 3 months.

The journey throughout my pregnancy with my daughter was very smooth. I had no issues.

I gave birth to my son in Sep 2022, but it was very difficult, I had many health issues.

There were times I was really stressed, worried and sometimes I used to think if I could deliver the baby safe.

But the moment I enter into her cabin and see her big smile, all my worries would just fade away.

Any Issue I tell her, she had a solution for that.

From the first visit, throughout the Pregnancy the care given by Dr. Shobha Venkat has been phenomenal.

She is an amazing woman, a wonderful human being.

But she always gives the credits to me saying that I managed it very well 🙂

You brightened up our lives with 2 beautiful children, We are a happy family now.
