Dear Mr Vikash Kumar,  We generally avoid argument with patients as they are already suffering with their ailments; and arguments will not help either of us. But, considering the rather harsh words used and false allegations and only the partial information that you mentioned; we feel compelled to write this reply.   We met only once in May 2016. You mentioned that you suffered from multiple chronic conditions like,for 8 years. You took Alopathy treatment for the above conditions for quite long time. But, you stopped taking medicines against the medical advice and without informing your prior doctor. Due to this you developed a serious complications and internal bleeding. You had to under go a surgery for the same. This is the exact medical history you told me yourself.  When you came to me in May 2016, we started the treatment for the above mentioned chronic conditions. The course of treatment is usually longer for such chronic conditions. You were explained all the during our visit. Although, you purchased medicines for 4 months, you were advised to inform me about the progress or if any of the symptoms appear. (Remember you mention that  you did not have any symptoms recently.) Instead, you just disappeared. You neither informed about progress or development of any complaint or about discontinuing the treatment.  You mentioned, you wasted three months without any improvement in health. In my defense, I think I had explained you every thing about your disease condition and up to what extent my treatment can help. I always explain to all of my patients each and every thing about his/her disease; and line of treatment. And i am damn confident that I had explained you the course and the expected help from me. Moreover, you were expected to talk to me about your progress. Many of patients call/email/WhatsApp me everyday.  No doctor can give you guaranty about complete cure of such a chronic condition on second day of the treatment. Not until he/she gets chance to observe how your body reacts to the medicine given.  We do give prescription on request. In fact, if you tell us that you wish to take opinion of another doctor, we could even write a note about your condition, which can help the next doctor.  At the end, I would like to suggest you that, whichever doctor you decide to take treatment from, please try to complete the course you are asked to. And if you wish to discontinue the treatment, please talk to him/her so that they can inform you all the possible implications; sometimes they are serious. As mentioned at the beginning, we do not intend to hurt anybody's feeling here. This message is intended to represent our side of the story and complete information. We wish you a healthy life ahead.
