Dr Shail ** *** **** ******* I have ever been to. She has the best team who are very skilled and attends to patients with utmost care. I had a wisdom tooth extraction which was very complicated as it was close to the nerve and there was a chance of parasthesia. But from Day 1, Dr Shail explained me everything, even sent me to senior doctors for a second opinion. In the end I got it done at her clinic with Dr. Madhavi. The level of care I received is unmatched. She would always respond to my queries, almost instantly and during surgery, the surgeon didn’t even touch the nerve. I got full sensation right after local anasthesia wore off. They are very good at what they do and honestly, you are good hands without a doubt.

I've been seeing Dr. Shail Jaggi for almost 20 years. He always makes me feel comfortable and provides the best treatment. The clinic is clean and hygienic, the staff are friendly and helpful, and my appointments are always on time with treatment that feels worth the cost.

Dr. Shail Jaggi created a very friendly atmosphere and treated my tooth efficiently. The doctor was patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend him.

I was afraid of root canals, but now within a span of 1 month about to complete 3 root canals.

Generally a root canal is associated with too many sittings, lots of pain and antibiotics, pain killers, and lots and lots of waiting for your turn at the dentist. My previous dentist advised me 2 root canals, but I was not convinced with her justification.

After researching through Internet I read of Dr Jaggi, and seeing so many good reviews about her I decided to give it a try. In my first meeting with her I was pleasantly surprised by her attitude, hence I decided to give it a try.

What followed next were a serious of less painful sittings which were adjusted according to my schedule. The sessions are taken in such away that there is minimum or no use of pain killers and antibiotics. And of course the entire team of Doctors that her team comprises of respect their time and others as well. To add to it Dr Jaggi and her brilliant team is well equipped with the latest technology and this helps the patient clearly understand the problem and take informed decisions.

The clinic which is a small dental hospital has a pleasant ambiance supported by a set of very strong and disciplined staff right from the person sitting at the reception coordinating with you to the most experienced doctors who are specialized in their jobs. At the same time no one is in a hurry, all are relaxed and are more interested in the job getting done in a PERFECT way .

All in all I would describe Dr Jaggi and her staff (Dr Prajakta, Dr Priyanka, Dr Surubhi, Ranjana and Snehal ) A wonderful set of professional people who believe in quality work and customer satisfaction. And would strongly recommend them to anyone who is afraid like me.

I first went to Dentalwiz in 2018 where Dr. Shail Jaggi worked on my teeth. The care she exhibited was so proficient that when I started developing uncomfortable sensitivity with my teeth I already knew where I was going to go.

I was not disappointed with my decision.

This time around I had the pleasure of having Dr. Surbhi take care of me. She explained that the sensitivity was due to the forceful nature of my brushing habits. I had pushed down my gums to the point that the base of my teeth were all exposed. During her initial examination she also noted a slight chip in my tooth that could lead to further complications in the future.

She took the time to explain all my options, how long the procedures would take and the approximate cost. I found her to be very forthcoming and assuring. After completion of the suggested procedures I found the work to be very professional and of excellent quality, as I have come to expect from the staff at Dentalwiz.

I have since recommended Dentalwiz to a friend and colleague and would comfortably recommend the staff and services of Dentalwiz to anyone else.

I have been visiting Dentalwiz for more than a year and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I received here. Doctor Shail is undoubtedly one of the best dentists I have ever come across. And I am not exaggerating. I have dental phobia to the level that I start palpitating, shivering and have panic attacks the moment I enter a dental clinic. But I was fortunate enough to find her through some reference. She is incredibly compassionate and empathetic, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address them in a gentle and understanding manner. She made an efficient plan of treatment for my multiple issues which were RCT, Veneers, Smile design, Tooth Extraction, Dental Implants etc. The whole team of doctors here are detail oriented and work with the patients to develop a treatment plan that meets their individual needs.

She also does good counselling for highly apprehensive patients like me. The clinic is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would also like to mention and thank other doctors here, esp Dr Prajakta, Dr. Surabhi, Dr. Madhavi and Dr Yash. They all have good dexterity and are trully exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend this gem of a person Dr Shail and the whole Dentalwiz team for their exceptional care and professionalism.
