I visited Dr Seema with a very clueless mind wondering whether I would attain parent hood or not. one year down the line my LO is 5 months old. She knew what would work for me on the very first meet. I had a very high anxiety but seeing her really boosted my confidence. No doubt she is master of her field. Any one still struggling please do visit her once . I am really thank full to her for making my dream come true and giving my life a new meaning.
Dr. Seema Jain – The angel who handed over my princess to me!!
HI, I’m Ruchita Vaidya. I was married in 2011. We planned for our first baby in 2012. Prior to pregnancy, I never had any issue of blood pressure. But During 3rd month of pregnancy, I was admitted to hospital and was diagnosed with PIH (pregnancy induced Hypertension), in other words high blood pressure during pregnancy. All other reports were normal. I left my job and was fully concentrating on my health and in turn for baby’s health. We were taking all precautions and medicines as instructed by our gynaecologist in Mumbai. I was visiting my gynaecologists regularly as per her instructions. In June 2013, when I was 31 week pregnant, we met with unexpected incidence of IUD (Intra Uterus Death) and we lost our baby.
For Next whole year, I was in depression. Though my family supported me a lot, I was very much afraid to take second chance for baby. For whole year, I could not get that incident out of my mind for a single minute.
In 2014, when my husband Kishor and I were at Delhi (away from my parents and my in-laws), we planned for our baby. As expected, I suffered from PIH during this pregnancy also. Apart from regular pregnancy medicines, PIH related medicines like Alphadopa and Lobet were started from 2nd month of pregnancy. We both were in lot of tension and for being on safer side, I returned to Mumbai at my parents’ home. I consulted few gynaecologists in Mumbai and everyone marked my case as high risk pregnancy. By their opinion, we were almost prepared for premature delivery. After meeting each Gynaec, my tension had increased.
We kept record of my blood pressure (readings were taken twice everyday). But it was gradually rising as weeks passed. From 4th month, I stopped having any salt in my food. I started Yoga for pregnancy. Yoga at Mrs. Pooja Padhye at Borivali, Mumbai gave me a lot of relief from tension. Due to both theses, my blood pressure was almost stable in 4th & 5th month.
But, whenever I used to visit any Gynaec, instead of feeling supported, my BP used to shoot up (due to reaction/ response of doctor). Everybody with very serious face was preparing my mind to deliver at 7th month with C-section. I used to fear to go to any doctor.
My Husband supported me a lot. For being with me, he changed job and came to Pune. This was real gift for me. In my 6th month of pregnancy, I shifted to Chinchwad, Pune to be with him. Here alongwith Kishor, I was pampered by my loving in-laws –aai (mother), baba (father), dada (brother), vahini (bhabhi) and Prathamesh (nephew).
I registered at best hospital at Chinchwad i.e. Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital (ABMH). We checked senior gynaecologists list at ABMH, googled some sites, enquired at some of our friends and we came to know about Dr. Seema Jain. I registered at Dr. Seema Jain for delivery of my baby. This was the best decision we took!
When I met Dr. Jain, it was very pleasant experience like her personality. Doctor carefully checked all reports of both pregnancies. Doctor’s method of counselling and consoling made me more confident and strong. Some tests were done and medicines were changed. She was the first Gynaec during my both pregnancies, who showed confidence and made me relaxed. I was so much relieved that I actually started looking forward to meet doctor.
My BP was almost stable from 6th month. Slowly I crossed 7th Month. Each passing day was not creating tension but was making us happy. We were happy that our baby was getting enough time for development. For all this happiness credit goes to Dr. Jain. Still we were mentally prepared for Caesarean, but doctor gave us hope for natural birth of baby.
In 8th month doctor increased frequency of sonography and NST. We followed all instructions given by doctor. With doctor’s support, I managed to cross 36 weeks. Doctor was very much happy and supportive and told us that baby’s growth is sufficient now we can deliver, still we can go further. With doctor’s permission, we waited further. We continued for NST every alternate day. At 38th week, we were overjoyed about the development of baby before bringing it to the world.
Still, we were very much worried about delivery every passing night. On 20th June, we silently remembered our first baby and prayed God to protect our second baby.
Doctor Jain informed us that baby is fully developed and should be delivered to avoid any further complications. Yet doctor allowed us to get admitted to ABMH at an auspicious muhurta. Doctor assured us that she will try for natural birth and will go for C-section only if required (keeping both baby and mother safe).
Finally on 23rd June 2015, I was admitted at 2 am to ABMH. Doctor Jain was informed about baby’s movement almost every hour. Finally at 1:29 pm, in Doctor’s presence, I gave natural birth to my baby. Dr. Seema Jain, like an angel sent by God, finally handed over my princess Mukta to me. All staff and other doctors at ABMH were very much supportive and caring.
With my personal experience, all I can say is Dr. Seema Jain is real angel for mothers like me.
Thank you doctor, Thank you very much for coming in our life and helping us!!!

Past 7 years, we were dreaming for a baby and it is finally happening… I’m 4 months pregnant now. So I thought of writing this, which may help many other want-to-be-mothers like me.
All these years, we had seen many doctors, consumed a lot of medicines, did numerous Tests, Laparoscopy, IUIs, two miscarriages hmm.. lot of our energy and money got drained out in this process. By 2021, we were so much frustrated and even decided to leave all medical follow ups and take a break.
However, after few months we decided to take one last chance, and this time, we were clear that we want an IVF. While googling for best IVF centres near to us, we got to see Dr. Seema Jain’s profile and her Cheqkmate clinic. I would say, she is one of the best doctor for infertility, because her approach towards treatment is very good. (You know, when you visit her clinic, you can see many pregnant ladies waiting to see her, that itself gives you some mental relief). She didn’t wasted any our time, directly went for an IUI in first cycle followed by an IVF in next cycle. She do all her IVFs at Aditya Birla Hospital, because she is a senior doctor there. Our 1st IVF cycle got failed because of my weak endometrium, but 2nd cycle was a success for me. I would specially thank our embryologist Mrs. Navneet as well, she was personally and mentally guiding us throughout this phase and still continuing her support..
One better thing I noticed about Dr. Jain is, she never gives you false hopes, like, “everything will be fine” “pray and have strong belief in god” etc.. Instead, she speak facts, for e.g. “this thing is having this much probability of success, so let’s see”. Once when I got some bleeding in 4th or 5th week of pregnancy, (which is very common in IVF pregnancies), she bluntly said, “it could be a start of miscarriage also, but we shall treat it as a normal pregnancy and go ahead”.
I wish good luck to all couples out there, wishing to have own kids!

Then in Feb 2016 I came across Dr Seema Jain.
I really loved the way she dealt with each patient.she did all type of test which definitely sounded like too much money that time .but that was start of investigation from her side.** *** ***** ***** ** *** *** ******* **** *********
She came to know abt my issue in just 2 months that my Fallopian is blocked which might be due to my previous miscarriage .
I wasted my one year , had I known this I would not have saved 365 days of frustration , trial and stress.
Mam started my ivf , it did not work out for first fresh cycle but it worked out next month for frozen embryo transfer and in may 2016 I was pregnant.
I see many patient of dr Seema Jain with different type of issue and I love the way mam gives each grl the blessing to become a mom.
I always keep writing email to mam for even slightest of issue and she replies to each mail.
I thought I would never become mom but it was just direction and treatment of mam.
Still long way to go till I deliver my baby but my all tention and stress disappear if I just see face of mam.

Let me begin with 'Many Thanks' for Very good consulation through-out the term.
We visited Doctor at both AMBH & GynaeGalaxy.
We came to know about the doctor from a good friend and checked feedback on Practo, and finally visited her at AMBH for the first time.
Consultation Time:
Initially we had our concerns about doctor spending very less time with patient (though she answered all our queries), but then realized whats the point being more talkative, as anyways she was answering all our queries.
And we noticed that as we moved to Second trimester she spent more time consulting, and we were satisfied.
Medical Tests:
Sometimes i felt that what's the need for these many tests etc etc,
but then realized that it is the doctor who knows best as she has so much experience, so though i asked her importance of the tests, but never questioned her much, by asking why to do this test and that test...
Now i feel all tests were apt to be done at that time.
Follow ups:
I feel she asked for follow-ups at the right interval and i enjoyed the freedom of visiting her at either AMBH or GynaeGalaxy as per my convenience of day and time.
Smooth process to book appointment, and reminders from Practo SMS and email as well.
Pre-natal Classes:
I now realise how good my decision was to join Pre-natal classes at GG. The program was well designed and packed with nice Yogasanas and health tips.
Normal delivery:
And the most important point, i have neither seen nor heard of any such doctor who advised so much so for Normal Delivery, you proved to be my right choice.
Above all the Doctor is always cheerful and smiling.
My entire family seconds my opinion about the doctor.
Thank you Doctor Seema for everything !!!

We went to Dr. Seema Jain for pregnancy at Aditya Birla hospital after reading her excellent reviews online. The doctor is very professional and an expert in her field. She will give you minimal but precise and helpful instructions. She’s
Not one of those super friendly doctors. Only talks when needed and answers your doubts. Initially during our pregnancy visits, she didn’t used to talk much, just used to give us instructions for the lab tests and sonography and normal do exercise and eat right stuff but no elaborate diet charts didn’t ask me to restrict eating anything, she was clear about this, you can eat everything just in moderate levels. Since I didn’t get labour pains naturally, doctor decided they will induce labour pains so she asked us to get admitted to the hospital the day before at night so they can start the procedure. Once labour pains started they were so extreme that I couldn’t handle the pain. The labour lasted for 12 hours and dilation wasn’t reaching 10 so I gave up and asked for c section, not asked, cried for it. But then dr Seema Jain stepped in and like a hero for us, motivated both my husband and me to try for normal delivery and now we have a cute baby boy through normal delivery all thanks to the doctor. She’s not the formerly doctor who tells you 100 unnecessary things during the course of your pregnancy but at the end advises you to go for the operation citing one reason or the other. She’s the doctor you need who will motivate you when the need is there and help you deliver normally even if there is 1% chance that it can be done safe not causing any harm to either the mother or the baby.
We recommend this doctor 100%.

My experience with Dr Seema jain was excellent. I had visited her in my 5th month of pregnancy for a second opinion of the test prescribed to me and then continued my medication with her. She is always positive about small anomalies we often get in scans and which are generally over described by radiologists.
She will never prescribe you unnecessary medicines, injections or tests.
In my case I had oligohydramnios in my 30th week of pregnancy, due to which baby was in distress. First she has explained that we might have to do preterm delivery, but along with that she has suggested to do scan again. By God grace in next scan after two days the fluid level increased a bit, then she kept me in monitoring by regular scans and I followed her advice religiously and things went positive after this takes effect. In this process she never let us panic or given unnecessary external IVs or injections, also I never lose my trust in her treatment.
By 38th week as I have my baby in breech position we had gone through c section delivery and blessed with healthy baby girl.

Pregnancy is very precious to every parent and child are very exclusive, in this choosing right gynac is crucial. With era of doctors following just prescribing medicine, injections and harsh protocol, her diagnosis is simple and clear.

*** ***** **** ** *** **** ************* * **** *** ** ****** sharing my real life story..Hi I am Preeti, married in 2016. We planned for our first baby in 2019. Prior to that I was going through period issues for which I visited Ma’am as had read such good reviews about her and the way she does the treatment. We started off with the treatment wherein she prescribed some medicines as PCOD was the reason for irregular periods. We were shattered as we got to know that its really important to get PCOD cured to conceive a baby. But our special thanks to Ma’am for keeping us inspired and unconditionally motivated to face the whole phase and let it get through successfully. Your 'clam' and 'stay positive' attitude helped us a great deal. After some months when PCOD was cured a bit and I started getting regular periods, we thot of trying for a baby and went to Ma’am to have a discussion for the same. She then suggested us for a way conception can be done inspite of having minor PCOD issue. We went ahead with the same and finally after a month got to know that I have conceived. Wowww such an amazing feeling. However, few days later I started off with the bleeding and got really scared for what was happening. When we got it checked from Ma’am, she mentioned that something can be seen in the bag but she wasnt sure if its the baby or the PCOD clot. Hence, she prescribed some medicines and asked us to observe for some more days. But then one fine day when I had unbearable pain, we got admitted to the hospital wherein we got to know that its an ectopic pregnancy. She immediately suggested some injections and treatment to her Team in order to get the tube cleared before the tube gets ruptured.I was so depressed for why this had to happen with me as we tried for this baby after such a long time. But still me and my entire family was very thankful to Ma’am that because she handled the case so well my tube was saved. For next few months I was in depression as doc mentioned that its very important for me to take good care of myself and to get this PCOD completely cured as there as 90% chances of another ectopic pregnancy if first is an ectopic one. Though my family supported me a lot, I was very much afraid to take second chance for baby. I could not get that incident out of my mind for a single minute. But then after few months we did try for the baby.We did pregnancy tests few days at Home to see if I am pregnant. When these tests came positive, we visited Ma’am to see if things are fine. She did an internal sonography and happily informed that we are pregnant and was super happy that things look so well just the way it should be.She then suggested for medicines which were to be taken till the end of pregnancy and next sonography and blood tests date. Slowly and gradually as months passed by, I still used to be scared and pessimist about things but then she always used to calm me down and tell me that Dear you should be very optimistic in this phase, just because you went through an ectopic one doesn’t mean that things will be wrong now as well.Things are going so well, so stay positive and enjoy this beautiful phase. In the last months she increased the frequency of doctor visits to closely monitor the health. She is Gem of a person. We followed all instructions given by doctor. Doctor was very much happy and supportive and told us that baby's growth is sufficient now but still we will wait. At 38th week, we were overjoyed about the development of baby before bringing it to the world. She is in complete favour of Normal Delivery until there are any complications. She always mentioned that just do walking regularly as she knew that things with me look like normal delivery.Still, we were very much worried about delivery every passing night. Doctor assured us that she will try for natural birth and will go for C-section only if required (keeping both baby and mother safe). Finally on 16th July, my labour pain started at 4 AM and we headed for the hospital by 7 AM. It was getting so difficult to take the labour pains and I started loosing hopes of normal delivery. I asked my husband to request Ma’am and her Team to do C Section as I couldn’t bear the pains. But the way her team kept me motivated, hats off to her entire Team.Slowly and gradually, it was nerve wrecking to take those painsHer Team contacted Ma’am and made me talk to her wherein she directly told me that pain should not be the reason for caesarean and we will do Normal Delivery only. If there would have been other complications she would have done c section but everything was as per Normal Delivery. So she told me that start with deep breathing and take the pains as she would not go in for C-section.She told me that what would you prefer pains for 10 hrs and happiness ahead for the entire life or easy delivery now through C-section and then difficulties later on for the entire life. Even on her holiday, she came to the hospital only and only for my delivery. She checked my condition about whether I was ready for the delivery or still dilation had to happen. They took me in the Labour Room at 11.30 and started off with the Normal Delivery procedure. Finally at 1.40 I delivered baby Boy and Dr Seema uttered the sentence which I was longing to hear from such a long time 'Preeti here comes your baby'. The joy I heard in her voice came only because we both had tried hard to make sure this pregnancy goes well!!!Many might think that she speaks too little or provides very little counseling time but I believe that is a function of her extremely meticulous ways which helps her remain focused and address critical issues rather than indulge in small talk. With my personal experience, all I can say is Dr. Seema Jain is real angel for mothers like me.Thank you doctor, Thank you very much for coming in our life and helping us!

A doctor like Seema Jain is nearly unheard of in this day and age.
Many of her patients have recommended her as a good doctor. But I am going one step further to also recommend Dr. Seema Jain as the venerated, superatural, celestial, extraordinary superhuman of a doctor and moreover a divine ,exemplary ,great human being.
I can vouch for the fact that her abilities are unmatched . Her dexterity and finesse are incomparable.
The very thought of hospitalization is scary and traumatizing. But she made it so easy for me.
I say that because mine was a difficult delivery .
Labour had to be induced as I din get pains till my due date . Moreover, despite a day's endeavour the final stage was not easy , delivery was vaccum assisted which failed hence was followed by forceps as I got fully exhausted.
But Its 3 weeks now and me and my lil tot are doing really great.
She promised me 80% healthy chances of normal delivery and she made sure I din have go under the knife.
I can bet my life on the fact that if any other doctors would have seen my scans ,would have done a C section as my baby had two rounds of cords around his neck and my water was a lil less .
But Dr Seema Jain assured us that me and my baby will be fully fine and healthy and cords around neck or less water do not mean c section is the only choice.
She has done such and more supernatural miracles to many of her patients.
I could endure all this solely because of her. Her mere presence is enough to calm you and keep going even in excruciating pain . The aggravation becomes bearable.
It wasn’t the medicines, but her reassuring words which gave me the strength to pull through the day. I mean it in all senses.
After such a difficult delivery I recovered resplendently due to her optimal treatments and had no post partaum complains at all .
Albeit apologising for my delay I have to say.
No duty is important than that of returning thanks.
I will be forever grateful to you doc.
I can't thank you enough for making the last immensely painful day of my nine months journey end with immense happiness.
Thank you Doctor Seema Jain for being so much more than I ever would have thought I could find in a doctor. You’re an amazing person and you’ve made such a difference in my life and I will be forever grateful to you.
I don’t think many people can say that they have the best doctor in their world. I can say that with complete confidence. Thank you!”
Thank you so much .
