Dr. Sayli Gavaskar

Dr. Sayli Gavaskar is a gold medalist in MS Ophthalmology from Krishna Institute, Karad. She completed her phacoemulsification fellowship from Netradham Hospital, Bangalore, followed by surgical vitreo-retina and UVEA fellowship from the prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital. Later, she worked as a retina and UVEA consultant at the same. She has successfully operated over 750 patients with Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Detachments, Macular Holes among all other retinal and uveal disorders. She has performed over 10000 retinal lasers and intra-vitreal injections. Many fellows have trained under her guidance. She has been a part of numerous eye camps in rural areas.
