I visited doctor for my leg problem. I was not able to seat in squat postion and could not stretch the leg after long time seating on floor. I tried multiple orthopaedic doctors but none could diagnose the real cause. Luckily I saw Mam's clinic in Bawdhan and i took the appointment. In a first visit Doctor diagnosed the real cause and explained it to me. The issue was with hamstring. Then we have started the treatment of healing with IFT ( interferential treatment) and Ultrasound healing treatment. It was for 15 days and Doctor personally gave the treatment. Monitored the progress every day. Along with this step by she gave me some leg exercise weight trainings for stretching and strengthening, I had to do it in clinic and home as well.

I was facing this pain since 1.5 years and within 15 days it reduced almost 80%. Dr. asked me to continue the exercise for 100% relief.

I strongly recommend Dr. for any physiotherapy treatment.

Injuries are a part and parcel of the atheletisism athletes engage in. Though, I usually try to pursue my passion i.e. running marathons injury free; injuries do get me at times. In such times, I, without a second thought, seek treatment and guidance from Dr. Sarangaa Amin.

Last Sunday, I ran a half marathon and happened to pull some of my muscles. Consequentatially, my right leg was sore and I experienced some serious trouble especially while climbing stairs.

I consulted Dr. Amin and underwent ultrasound treatment on Monday which helped me a lot. The pain lowered up to a great extent the very next day and exactly as the doctor had experientially predicted, subsided, eventually to die its own death.

I am back up on my feet after continuing the ice pack therapy precribed to me for 3 days to resume my marathon and fitness training.

While playing volleyball I got injured and ligament of left legs ankle was damaged.I went for MRI report and everything under treatment of a doctor from Nanavati hospital.he told me to go for physiotherapy.There were 3-4 types of therapies .I couldn't even walk before this.Dr Saaranga helped me for this. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarangaa. I underwent a 21 day rehab for my spine as there was a minor L4-L5 disc budge.

The constant pain that I felt before the treatment is gone now. My mobility has definitely increased. The treatment was perfect for me.

Apart from that, there was always complete transparency about the nuances of treatment I was recieving. All by doubts were instantly solved. Upon timely updating if I was unavailable for a session, I used to get an alternative slot, hassle free.

The also provided me with a proper home excercise plan to follow post treatment. I was assured that I can contact them anytime if I had any doubts while working out on my own. So there's great post treatment assistance as well.

I was having muscle pain in both the knees. Extreme pain while climbing stairs, running, unable to move the two wheeler back while sitting on the same. Used to wear knee support for physical activity.

When i met the doctor and explained my situation, she was able to perfectly diagnose the problem and started appropriate exercises. I could feel the positive change from second day itself and by 4th day my pain had reduced to the extent of 90%. Doctor also included some more exercises from 4th day and by 6th day hardly 3-4% of the pain remained. Doctor told me to continue the exercises so that i will be completely free from pain.

I arrived at the apointed time. Unlike most places where the wait time is

very long, I did not have to linger and the doctor saw me right away.

After explaination of the problem from my side, the doctor prescribed a number of stretches and isometric exercises. She also demonstrated a few and checked if I could perform them properly, without stressing my affected muscles.

I cant yet comment on the healing process or if I have started recovering. But I had a very pleasant experience throughout my visit.

Visited for neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Sarangaa and her team were very patient to answer my queries and best thing was they dedicated enough time for my physiotherapy sessions. In my 10 days of treatment, they didn't rush through the session for even single day. That was the best part. It's hard to find doctors/therapists nowadays who would give you undivided attention and sufficient time.

Bonus being, they have a very friendly attitude. :)

*** ******** ** *** **** *************** ** ******* *** ******** ***** I had index and middle fingers crush injury during cleaning of my "Royale Enfield" and post surgery my finger was attached to my abdominal for 21 days due to which I also had to suffer from seviour shoulder pain. Earlier, I was not able to roll my fingers or fold them from joints. The situation was bad. Manual Therapy treatments of Dr. Sarangaa, made me survive through the tough time and also helped me heal faster than expected. So, now I am able to move my right hand just like any normal person and my shoulder pain has also disappeared.
