I consulted Dr. Santosh Teli, an Orthopaedic Specialist, and found him very professional and thorough. He clearly explained the diagnosis and recommended the right treatment plan. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring.

I had tingling in my left hand little finger and feeling of electric shock in left hand below elbow. * **** *** * ******** ********** **** *** ***** ****** ***** ****** *****I have visited clinic on Saturday and doctor prescribed some tests to be done on the same day from the clinic itself and he mentioned that my reports will come on Sunday and he will explain the results and medication on sunday itself over the phone.I reconfirmed with the doctor and support staff about sunday thing as they are usually closed on Sunday but all of them confirmed that I can call on the clinic number and inquire about the report as well as get connected with the doctor on Sunday.To my surprise I have tried calling the clinic number multiple times and no one picked up phone on Sunday, neither the reports have come nor the call with doctor was arranged.This left me waiting for the entire day with no communication from clinic or doctor though it was promised by them.Even on Monday I only had to call them, **** **** **** **** *********** ***** *** *** **** ** *** they didn't bother to call at all.There is lack of communication at this clinic and waiting time is also huge.

Dr. Santosh Teli has become our family orthopedician as we have family history of bone issues. First time we visited him in emergency when my mother had shoulder fracture. *** ******* *** ***** ********* ****** fracture was difficult to identify and also explained everything in detail calmly. His response to emergency and later assistance in communicating with our family physiotherapist was extra ordinary. Since then my family members have been visiting him of any orthopedic treatment.

I recently got treatment for Frozen shoulder and it was again perfectly treated with physiotherapy and exercise.

His approach of treating patients with step by step diagnosis and treatment is very well appreciable. He never rushed to conclusion or suggested unnecessary tests, X-rays unless required and treatment was always cost effective. Cost of treatment is optimal considering expertise and facilities available in Hospital.
