Saif is very polite and very caring Dr, during my first visit we had elaborate discussion on planning and costing part. He had advised with all the possible options that I can take with costing. He had ensured that all the procedure gets completed before my travel.
He and his team ensures that patients gets there full attention and care, they never seemed to be in hurry. They have a proper schedule plan and give appointments based on availability. I had 4 visits already and never seen his clinic crowded.
Clinic is well decorated and one can enjoy the wait time by free WiFi, Saif and his team ensure that any delay/technical issues is intimated to patient well in advance.

Dr. Saif was my first point of contact at ISmyle and my first impression was great responsiveness as the first time I went to the clinic it was closed and i just sent an sms to the number on their board and got an immediate response.
At my first appointment, he did a thorough check up, explained all the issues and suggested next steps. Since then I have had at least 4 appointments- and each time I don't have long waits, i have never felt they are in a hurry and that they are constantly trying to do the very best treatment and always willing to explain.

Doc Saif And Doc Sanah are absolutely amazing and ever so professional with a human touch ! The experience I had from booking the appointment to diagnosis of the issues, to the completion of my treatment waz exemplary ! They and their staff are very courteous helpful friendly clean and all with a smile . The Professionalism at the clinic was second to none and all with the kind human touch and cutesy ! The clinic was spotlessly clean and service always prompt and on time ! Though I am a difficult fussy hyper patient they made me feel at ease (, so much so that I confess I fell asleep a few times while my treatment was being carried out and snored too I think !! )
