Dr. Sachin Bodhale

My mother ( Mrs.Hamida.S.Jamena ) have recently had cataract removal operations for her left eye from your hospital. These days it is almost impossible to open a newspaper or hear/watch a newscast, without some scandal or serious problem with the NHS being in the headlines. I therefore take pleasure in commending to your attention, the excellent service provided by the above, particularly Dr.Sachin Bodhale. All staff were helpful, courteous and professional in the extreme. Both my mother and I were impressed at the number of checks made before the operations. I must have been asked at least six times what I was there for. If all departments in all hospitals carry out such checks we simply cannot understand why "never events" as I believe they are called, happen at all. As regards the procedure itself, speaking as someone whose education has been solely in the humanities, I cannot make up my mind whether it is black magic or medicine at the Star Treck level. One can only admire the research and development in several disciplines which must lie behind the procedure, and the skill of the surgeons and other staff involved. I hope and assume your administrative procedures are such that this letter will be brought to the attention of the staff at the Day Clinic.

My son developed an eye infection late in evening wherein his eye had turned red - swollen & was hurting him too. It was Anant Chaturthi and thus most of doctor clinics in my vicinity were closed.

I searched online and came across Dr. Sachin. I called him to confirm if he was available as it was closing time too. He heard the case and offered to keep the clinic open & stay back which was very kind of him.

We got my kid examined and the medicines prescribed by doctor helped recover the infection too.

Initially he was not telling us his consulting fees upon asking multiple times, and then charged us 500 and told us that he got expensive instruments and took 8 yr to become doctor. * ** ***** ** ********* ** *** ******** *********** *** *** *** ****** *** ****** **********

Not a worthy doctor. Seems to be a money oriented medical practitioner. I visited his clinic for my mother's glaucoma treatment. He charged double the consultation fees for intraocular pressure checking, which every ophthalmologist is supposed to do for a glaucoma patient.

He ended with no prescription and told us to continue old eye drop.

Around 4 years ago, on suspicion of something wrong in my eye (floaters), I picked the first doctor found on Google Search for diagnosis. I consider myself fortunate that he turned out to be Dr. Sachin Bodhale. He promptly accommodated an appointment for me on the same day, and provided me with a diagnosis (retinal tear) as well as advised me for an immediate non-invasive surgery. I took the advice, and on the same night, he carried it out. I can safely say that he saved my eye. Since then, I have been his patient. His medical acumen is matched by his professionalism and his down-to-earth nature. His personal dedication to his patients is proved from the fact that the surgery was performed at 10pm at night, which is well beyond clinic hours. His availability is proven from the fact that he has no qualms on giving out his mobile number to his patients for any emergency.

For eye problems, he is my go-to doctor.

Mr Anjan Kanti Chowdhury, a 78 yr old patient was operated by Dr Bodhale Sachin for cataract. He is a known heart patient with only 40% heart functioning with pleural effusion. Surgery was done under local anesthesia & vision was restored. Thanks to Dr Bodhale & team who took a lot of care.

Around 4.5 years ago, During My wife’s pregnancy, she encountered suddenly with some Vision problem. She was not able to see anything from her left eye. Her Gync, referred Dr. Sachin, He investigate case very well and explained in detail about the problem. As my wife was pregnant, she can’t be given any other medicines or steroid, also surgery was not possible. Dr. Sachin treated whole case very well and support us from 7 month till delivery. From that day we are continuous in touch with many eye related suggestion, and treatment for my Dad and other relative also. I don't feel he is a doctor. he is a technician related to Eye instruments there is no registration number

will not recommend. doctor charges very high for check up.patient can do bargaining on treatment as rates are very from patient to patient.
