I was preparing for my second journey to motherhood. I wanted to complete Panchakarma before starting to try. Dr. Rupali provided a complete lifestyle reset and introduced me to Ayurvedic practices, which proved incredibly helpful. Earlier when I experienced some irregularities in my menstrual cycle, I consulted an allopathic doctor who diagnosed me with low AMH and recommended ART. A second opinion suggested IVF, which aligned with allopathic protocols but didn’t feel right for me.
