Visited the doctor with 11:00 AM appointment, finally doctor arrived at 12:05. Further waited and finally left around 12;30. I missed my office due all the delay. Was advised to book 11:30 AM for next time.Come next visit, I reached at 11:25 AM, but again Doctor was not there and asked to wait for 10 min. I waited for 20 mins, and then I left. That's my experience. Don't know about treatment but can't continue at cost of my work.

Absolutely mismanaged clinic. I have been waiting for 45 mins (and counting) for an appointment which was rescheduled by the doctor herself. Practo also misses their commitment of 15 mins guaranteed. Pls don’t call if you have too many patients.
I have booked appointment with Dr. Renu and visited the clinic. She was very friendly and polite with me. She had explained all the things in details. I am satisfied with her treatment and I will like to recommend her for other also. Positive response from the clinic staff, the place was neat and hygienic.
My daughter was having skin related concern so I have booked appointment with Dr. Renu and I have visited the clinic. Doctor was speaking very well with us and done the check up. After that treatment had said to take. We could not find the difference in that so we need to revisit the clinic once again. After my daughter will recover completely I would like to recommend this doctor for others

I visited her for facial hair removal treatment. In just 1 session, i saw a huge difference. Earlier I had too many sessions at other renowned clinics but didn’t get results. Dr. Renu is using a advanced technology laser for the treatment.
There is a substantial wait time at the clinic. But Doctor is very good at explaining issues & treatment
