The doctor was quite friendly and patient. She listens to her patients carefully without rushing into conclusions.

Iam still undergoing treatment but so far so good* ******* ****** ***** **** **** ****** *********** ******* ****** ** **** you’ll have to pay 500/- for the follow up whereas calling the clinic directly, the doctor charges 300/- for the same(follow up) * *** ******

Consulted yesterday for skin infection. Insisting to purchase the prescribed medicines from their clinic only which is costly. For consultancy and medicines, they insist on cash payment no card, online payment is accepted by them.

Staff also not co-operative even they don't listen to you.

Doctor speaks rude and does allows patient only after advance payment. This is third time we saw she speaks rude *** ****** ******** ******** **** **** * **** ****** ****** **** ****** ****

several issues.- doctor did not come on time. made us to wait over 45 minsreceptionist persuaded us to buy medicine ***** **** ******* **** ** ****** ** ******* ***** when asked for a bill with proper GST number etc, the receptionist said, ** *** **** **** *** ******* ****** the doctor did not hear the patients issue at all but only pushed a set theory of having white heads and pushed cosmetology products.- no social distancing rules follow- the receptionist asking for fees via Google Pay even before the doctor had arrived.- ********************

She clearly told that u need to pay 300 for follows whether it be 8-10 follow ups without even getting the positive results.

She increases number of follow-up by writing ***** **** **** shampoo and repeating same tablets.

I asked for guaranteed outcome for which she told if that was the case then why people opt for hair transplant ********** **** *** ** ***** ******* * **** **** ***** **** * ***** ******** **** ******* ****** *** *** ****** ** ******* *** ******** ******* ** *** *********** ********* ****** ** *** *** ****** ** ********** *** ***** ***** ********* **** *** ******* **** ****** **** ****** *** ***** ***** ** *** *** ******* *** **** **** *** ******

Dr. Is good both me n my daughter have a good relief after consulting the Dr. She does not give any kind of false assurance *** ** *** **** **** *** ********* ** ********** We got good results in a couple of days. She also didnt give and suggest any expensive treatments or medications which usually the other companies do for sales and marketing. Quite reliable. Highly recommended if u need a honest opinion.

I had a serious corn issue. I went to doctor rasjeshree. She's very friendly told me how it is caused and gave a proper treatment. Explained me how to use the medicine and the liquid to remove the corn.

I thought I have to undergo surgery but she said it's not required and guess what the corn got removed in 2 weeks. I was suffering from 3 months and with the treatment it got removed In just 2 weeks.

I m very happy with the treatment. And I will again visit for any other skin issues to dr. Rajeshree

I have pigmented spots on my face.I took treatment here but got very minor improvements.I spent more than 10000/- here but got disappointed with results. they will not treat designated area but all face ******* *** *****

And each session would be charged 1700/-. Till you get improvements(most of the times you will never get it), they keep fixing appointments along with expensive drugs prescribed each time which are only available with them(+appointment charges extra). I have personally developed negative opinion about this clinic and will not recommend this to anyone.

Note:- More Important thing should be noticed that receptionist login of behalf of you while you are busy making payments/collecting medicines(by taking OTP from you), and provide good feedback themselves. * ********* **** **** **** *** ********** ******** **** *** ********* ** *********** I had same experience and I edited my feedback.

Extremely arrogant and unprofessional staff!

The follow up appointment costs you 200 lesser than your first appointment if you don't make an appointment through Practo. I have visited the clinic thrice and paid 300 last time thinking subsequent follow up costs you lesser. It's very misleading to not tell regular patients that by making an appointment through a phone call will cost you lesser. So I was paying extra 200 everytime.

The staff is very arrogant and you'll realise that second visit onwards. The doctor is friendly and will tell you about issues nicely ONLY IN FIRST VISIT. The next visit will get over within 2 minutes. They are always in a hurry to take another patient without attending you adequately.

They persuade you to give feedback infront of them on Practo. *** ** **** **** * ***** ********* The patient will give it based on his/her experience.Why they have to force them to give feedback?

They do not give receipts for the medicines that they give you. I got it after repeatedly asking her for one. They will straight away bring medicines to you but if you are not comfortable buying from them please buy it from a chemist after due scrutiny.
