Dr. Puja Bansal gave me clear instructions about my teeth problem and made me feel comfortable during the consultation. The staff was very humble, the clinic was clean, and the overall experience felt good and worth the money.

I visited this clinic for teeth cleaning, Dr Puja told to have 3 sittings to clean the teeth completely and told in last session she would check again.

Teeth cleaning is done by the associates and not by actual Dr Puja.

First two sittings were pretty good, the associate Dr did good work, but in the last sitting, associate Dr got changed and that was the bad experience I had.******* *** * ******* ** *** ***** ******** ******* *** *** ********* ** *** *** ******* *** ** *** ******** ***** ****** **** *** ********* ** ****** ** ******* *** ** ******* *** *** *** ********

In 2nd setting I was told that last sitting will be under adminstration of Dr Puja as she told that I would like to see the 3rd sitting. Because of this, the dates were delayed because Dr Puja was not in clinic for some days.

In 3rd sitting, the associate Dr had done nothing, she just cleaned the teeth where it was already done in past 2 sitting. * ***** ** *** ** ** ****

In the last sitting, Dr Puja didn't come up to check if everything is good or not, more over I saw she was busy in winding the clinic as it was arround 8 PM. There is no mechanism in place where she can get to know that was told previously, hence this happened.

Just a thought if you can't or don't want to handle patients after 8 PM, then why you are taking appointment of 7.45 PM?

Here Dr Puja comes no where in the picture, * **** ***** **** ** *** ** **** ** **** **** every thing is done by her associates. Only consultation is done by her actual teeth cleaning is carried by the associates.

I would suggest to find some other Dr rather than Dr Puja* ** *** *** ***** *** ***** *********

It was a great experience. Doctor and the staff are very friendly. One of my tooth had cavity and doctor tried to save it by filling, she didn't directly go for root canal. They are not behind making your bill big. They do what is good for the patient. The best part is doctor and the staff are very passionate about what they are doing i got this from the way they treat you. Everything goes slowly and with your speed, there is no hurry in that clinic. Thank you doctor.. Thanks a lott.. I would surely recommend her. A great doctor, an awesome human being.

Excellent experience. Dr. Pooja was extremely gentle and examined my teeth in detail. Luckily I have been explained to take proper care of my teeth now. I was given a special toothpaste and brush to clean my teeth while brushing. It has made a lot of difference and my teeth are no longer sensitive. I must also mention that Dr. Poona went out of the way to help me. I had gone to Prudent Clinic for another appointment. Yet on the request of the other doctor, she attended to me in spite of being busy with other appointments. This saved me a long trip and time.

Despite living in Mumbai, I come down to Pune for any and all dental needs as I fully trust Dr. Pooja to do what is best for me. Her warmth, her reassuring guidance and expertise takes care of half the problem as I walk into her clinic! Dental treatments are pretty expensive and there are handful of Dr's who explain in depth where your money is going and why that treatment is required. Dr Puja is one among those who explains in detail about the problem and the treatment what she gonna do. Just like fast food these days Dr's finish their treatment instantly which may lead to future problems. But Dr Puja balances between treatment and healing process which is good for long run. Also her team is amazing who meticulously takes an update post treatment and suggest medication if any discomfort.

I met Doctor Puja Bansal for my tooth pain late evening, she specially waited for me, then treatment me for the pain I had. My treatment is still going on & I am very happy with the treatment & the process that Dr Puja Bansal follows in Prudent Clinic.
