He took the time to explain every detail of my diagnosis, ensuring that both my parents and I understood the situation fully. Despite how overwhelmed my parents were, he listened to their concerns with incredible patience, always providing reassurance and addressing every question with respect.What stood out to me the most was the kindness he showed throughout my treatment. He performed my bone marrow biopsy with such skill and care that the entire experience was far more comfortable than I ever imagined it could be. Dr. Pol not only explained the medical situation, but he was also able to give the right moral support and encouragement needed to fight the illness. He was conservative in his approach and also understood the economic constraints involved in our situation.
