Feedback abt doctor:

Doctor said if in 3 days recovery is done no issue else you need to show up again. In perfect 3 days my fever was gone hats off. Amazing hands of doctor! Later I revisited because weakness wasn't curable it needed saline that was another matter.

Feedback of Prudent receptionist:

For a 103° shivering patient receptionist said only 3 numbers in queue and made to wait

2 hrs. Please see CCTV footage of the patient condition. She would have told doctor isn't available for walk in patient I would have gone. After pleading and complaining that the patient who came later are getting chance receptionist said I at least allowed walk-in patient when asked reason of falsity that why these many hours she made me to wait. The patient's each second is important if you can't treat don't stop him to get treatment from someone else. After 2.30 hrs receptionist said new doc will come to teat you I(patient) said whoever doc is present allow him to test me which wasn't allowed by her.This means till 2.30 hrs she didn't bind any doc for appointment to me. Then if that was the case why the receptionist said twice thrice after two three patients it will be your number why she jocked thrice. Is sick person a joke? Prudent service disappointing! But doctors perfect !

it was Sunday and only he was available...m glad i found out about this doc...will go again to this place if anything happens and yeah he came to clinic just for me bcz i called and booked an appointment.

my girl caught chicken pox so had to visit them as no other docs were available on sunday. so we booked an appointment for Dr. Raj Sewani.

he prescribed few medicines and suggested a blood test for which we gave blood sample. now since the report came in the next day i had to followup with them 3-4 times for them to email me since i could not visit the clinic. I asked if the doctor can also review the report and let us know the result of the report but they directly denied. i spoke with Vidya couple of times but their lack of service is too poor. so she asked to call Dr. Raj sewani and forward him the report and ask him. so i tried calling him but call did not go through, so i whatsapp'ed him. he asked who i was so i sent him the prescription he gave. so his only reply was that he is in NY. i sent him couple of msgs and report to know his next advice on whatsapp but got no reply. *** **** * ****** *** ******* **** **** **** ** **** ** **** ***** ********* its been 4-5 days he did not even reply back. so i had to go to another clinic for 2nd opinion. i'll not recommend this clinic to anyone or this doctor.

His behaviour with the patients is good and Could say that go and visit once when you suffer from such a disease like under comes general physician. For example:- fever, pain, dengue, malaria.

Very helpful, given ******* diagnosis and treatment for my illness with minimum medicines. Very thankful for helping me cure. I would be likely to visit him in future for any illness.

I was having severe stomach pain,indigestion problem from 15 days.

I was not even taking my usual diet & very upset considering my condition.

Then I went to Dr Raj Sewani Hi,he gave me just 1 week medicines & all my problems got solved

Good experience in the first visit. I got a authentic treatment . I would certainly continue for treatment

I visited the clinic for fever & headache and Dr prescribed 8 test costed 2600 Rs, Medicine 1745 Rs, top of that , some reports will be available after 4 days & he said we will do some other test in next week. Seriously
