They don't have their pathology lab to run tests so they get their tests done from designated lab centre ** ******* *** * ***** ****** ** ****** ***** ****** **** ***** We did 17 tests and paid approx 15000 after only trying to be parent for 1 month * *** ************** ***** ******** *** **** ******** ***** *** ************ ***** ****** ***** ***** ********* ***** *** ****** ******* *** *** ****** **********My wife alone went to collect the report after our first visit * *** *** **** ********* ******** ****** ** *** ********* ********

They detected a polyp in her uterus as per UsG and said she has to intake medicines worth more than 2000 to get her body capable of being pregnant.

On our 2nd visit when I went with my wife and asked questions, Dr Pratibha Chavan refused to give proper explanation of her tests, infact she got irritated and gave mind blowing sarcastic answers on top of that she also got up and left her cabin

After going through of my semen analysis report* ***** ***** *** ****** ************ she told me to get end number of tests for be able to become first time father which I politely refused, they went in shock. Their staffs couldn't say anything more to us.

The biggest irony was that my wife's blood report shows Hemaglobbin count of 8.8 in one of the reports and 8 in another which is unexplainable.**** ***** ****** ******* *** ****** **** ** ********* ***** **** *** *** ******* ** ***** ****** ***** ***** ***** ******* * ***** ***** ******** ************ ***** ****** ****** ** ** ************

The journey started on a very positive note and after meeting with Pratibha ma'am and seeing her extra ordinary positive approach towards her work made us believe that we found the right person and the entire journey of pregnancy is in safe hands.....

Hospital always made sure the tests to be conducted at the right time and in a proper way.

From day 1 of visit to the hospital till my baby's birth everything went soo...Smooth and rhythmic which is really appericiable . In every appointment maam explained and guided us like a mentor for everything.

We being First time parents were hesitent to ask few things ,which she already figured out and gave us the best advice....I would also like to appreciate the entire team of women power in the hospital (Seema ,Madhuri ,Neha ,sunanda,sapna )Who did their best to make us feel like home in the hospital ,they assisted me & baby like a family member ....lots of love to them and undoubtly tons of " THANKS " . A cute thanks to “ sunanda " From my baby son for celebrating his first " Rakhi " In the hospital and gifts 🥰.

My sincere thanks to all for keeping us sane in the pandemic situation and giving us our little one safe in our hands...

It was in March that we discovered I was pregnant through a home pregnancy test. Given we are not native to Pune our hunt for a tried and tested gynaec was more functional and less based on recommendations. We searched online and based on testimonials we zeroed in on Pratibha mam. And we were not disappointed in our experience at all. From the first visit she was friendly, warm and more importantly very particular about every aspect of the process.

Each time she explained our scans in detail and guided us for next steps/precautions. Due to some stress after four months a minor spotting issue arose and obviously we were scared. But Pratibha mam went all out to check everything around and also helped us calm down. Given how fast paced our lives are we needed someone who took care of these nine months like a family member. If she used to say “don’t worry” then we knew everything is fine because she would have double checked every aspect.

I went for a planned csection and it went very smoothly. I had no hiccups in surgery or recovery. She has prepared me for every step - pros and cons - and it went exactly as she had explained. I had no surprised along the way and that was very calming for me as well as my husband. We knew what to do or expect.

Additionally the inclinic experience is very good - staff is attentive and very friendly. Dr Divya who takes care of sonography is very involved and exactly how Pratibha mam is super particular about every bit of the exercise.

I recommend Pratibha mam to any and everyone looking for a medical journey without any hiccups and filled with an exceptional support system

So, we had multiple visits to Dr Pratibhas Clinic from Jan 2021 to July 2021

I and my wife consulted Dr for family planning and during this tenure I faced few things which I want to highlight.

1. It's all about money and treatment and all will always play a second fiddle.

2. 90 pc of the medicines which were prescribed one will get only at the hospitals medical store *** **** ** ** *** ** ***** ***********3. Tests rate are exorbitant compared to outside lab rates and once I did a thyroid test form outside there was lot of resistance from the clinic and they treated us in a way we committed crime ( the lab was Pharmeasy)

4. I was being asked to do some tests like HIv or hepatitis B and when I said I get it in my annual package of my company the doctor resisted then also by saying which comoany offers these tests.

5. One of my test was being asked to be done at one of the labs told by doctor and later she said that lab is not authentic and you get it done again the same test at another place.

6. During covid when I took a break of 2 months,

I.was charged new patient charges when I returned back - Reason stated Long break means new patient.

7. Fees in one form of another, exorbitant lab rates and several visits in name of folical analysis - Iam sure a doctor can defend all this but trust me this is very taxing on the patient and when the motto is not kind one will always tend to lose as a patient.

These are some of my review points haven't covered all the things in detail due to privacy constraints

But I will like to appraise the prospective patients to take an informed call before moving ahead.

This is an attempt to give the feedback as I know that few words will not be enough to share my happiness and experience with you.

First of all big thanks to everyone here for such a kind support.In just 4 days of hospital stay we realized that this is a part of our family.We never got this so called "Feeling" like that we have been admitted to a hospital and got a C-section. We always felt like we have been living at home and got the blessings of having a child.

Regarding the staff expertise I would like to say that everyone is skilled enough to handle all the situations and capable of doing every help whichever we needed. Even during the late night we have got full support from the staff and I can say that from nowhere we can get these kind of support at any other hospital.

I would like to thanks Seema(Team Lead), Madhuri,Neha and Sunanda. They are working very hard by staying here in the hospital and giving everything to their another home.We would never mind paying the fees if we get this kind of support.

Now the most important part is coming to you mam. A simple word to describe you is "You are the best".Finally I realized the the google reviews that I read was even insufficient to describe you.

I think I am not that much qualified to talk about your skills so I described it into simple words.Earlier we were little scared due to past bad experience with other hospitals and my Wife Lavanya was having little

insecurity. But finally realized that we are at safe hands.

Yes only thing I would like to say that the fees is little on higher side but on the other hand I would say that I wont mind paying the fees if I get such a wonderful crew and skilled doctors.

We didn't got chance to to interact with all the doctor team but yes everyone did at their best.I would definitely like to call you and the team for our event in future post Covid situation.
