I found Dr. Prashant to be very thorough, patient and personable. He did all the ground work necessary for my pleomorphic Adenoma. I had a lot of trepidation before the surgery concerning the possible loss of my facial nerve function, but his openness in answering not only my questions but the many questions posed by my children made me feel very confident in his knowledge and his ability..

He also took the opinion of an oncologist before deciding to take the tumour that was both above and below the facial nerve -as well as one lymph node and he did all of that while still saving my facial nerve.

Two months post surgery and he has already had four follow up visits to ensure that healing is going as expected. He has also given me exercises to make sure that my facial functions return completely to normal as well as advice on how to make the scar heal well. He was also concerned enough to send the tumour to two seperate pathology departments. That additional step also ended up being crucial to deciding how to move forward with treatment.
