Dr. Prasad Bhate

The consultation with Dr. Prasad Bhate was satisfactory. The doctor provided a prescription. I am willing to return and recommend him. The clinic experience at Manipal Hospital, Pune was good.

The doctor explained everything clearly and the clinic experience was fine. Overall, my visit was satisfactory, though I am unsure about recommending the doctor after the first visit.

The consultation initially gave me some hope because there appeared to be a change in approach, and my son's vomiting subsequently reduced. However, the follow-up communication was disappointing.

After the consultation, I specifically asked whether we should continue the prescribed medicines and follow up with him in the next few days. The message was read, but I did not receive a clear response. I subsequently had to approach the hospital's patient-care team to clarify what we should do next.

I also sought clarity on the tests that had been suggested and whether they should be done, but again did not receive a clear plan.

For a child with a prolonged and unresolved medical problem, I expect clear communication about the treatment plan, follow-up and next steps. A doctor does not need to have all the answers immediately, but the patient should know who is responsible for the next step.

Unfortunately, I was left having to chase the hospital for that clarity.

I experienced some frustration with the appointment booking process because the Practo appointment was not recognized by the doctor’s system, which caused a long wait. The consultation was completed, and the doctor explained things clearly. I would not recommend Dr. Prasad Bhate to others.

I tried calling Dr. Prasad Bhate and his hospital multiple times but did not get any response, so I had to consult another doctor.

I am 35 years old male. I usually don’t eat oily stuff, but when I did I suffered from severe stomach ache. I had visited a lot of doctors but they couldn’t help cure me of my stomach problems. My colleague recommended me to visit Dr. Prasad Bhate. With just few consulation visits and medications, my pain vanished away. I do eat all kinds of food now, of course, with some limit to the oily stuff. The doctor is very friendly. He figured out the problem with just one physical examination. That shows how experienced he is. He is a good stomach specialist.

Gone through many doctors... hospitals to clinics and even to the govt dispensary... 4 months of struggle...never fixed my stomach... someone says its all about gas someone asked for the ultrasound and even blood test .. did every test and finally their guess doesnt work ... they said to have an endoscopy... i mean seriously they were just money makers(most of them are).. nobody able to diagnose the reason of trouble... finally i searched over the internet and found Bhate's clinic ... very simple and very effective.. Not much costly.. Respect for the remarkable job done by Dr. Bhate sir....he is doctor in profession not like others(business in medical) ... thank u sir... thumbs up

The clinic is located at walkable distance from my home.The clinic is very neat, clean and hyginic with proper seating arrangement for patients.

Staff is very professional and helpy nature.

Appointment are booked on phone and through practo app as per time slot hence no crowd will be there and you dont have to wait more than half an hour.

Doctor Prasad is knowledgible,confident doctor and listen to his patient carefuly.Does not precribe unnecessary test and medicine unless it is really required.

Lab,sonography and medicine store is there inside the clinic.

card payment is accepted in the clinic,lab and medical store as well.

I was made to sit on patient bed( looks doctor's room was occupied).

Doctor is too busy, has limited time for his patients.

He was in hurry to see the next patient and wasn't answering concerns.I expect a better interactive consultation after paying 1000/- bucks
