I found out about Dr. Pranav Radkar on Practo and had taken my daughter for her routine eye checkup once. That was about 9 months ago. But that experience was so nice that when it came to my wife, who was complaining of severe migrain-like headache and an irregular vision, I did not think twice about taking her to Dr. Pranav's clinic. And boy, was that a good decision! The moment she started explaining her symptoms and pains, he knew instinctively that this was something much more than normal headache and vision pbm. A few probing questions and checkup later, he was ready with an early diagnosis. He calmed her down and suggested an immediate MRI, while explaining what the problem could be. He himself called a few MRI centres, identified the right one and instructed the technician about the test himself. An MRI next day confirmed what Dr. Pranav was suspecting - CSVT (which in simple terms means a clot in one of the veins in the brain which was connected to the optic nerve). ** ********* ** ******* * *********** ** *** ********* He didn't stop at that. He went out of his way to help in getting an early appointment with one of the best neurologists in our area. And then he continued to follow up on his own regularly for updates and help. Without his early diagnosis, calm consultation and constant help, my wife could probably have suffered much more without even knowing what ailed her. Truly Dr. Pranav, you are so so very amazing person (and Doctor) to know!
