I'm a medical student currently residing in Bangalore. Age 25 years. I had a problem of severe addiction to cigarettes from past 2 years. Due to that I had a great impact on my throat immunity and have been getting frequent throat infection ( at least once in a month) for which I had to take treatments where I had to take loads of antibiotics. I lost my overall health and had problems like overweight and frequent food poisoning due to reduced immunity. I consulted Dr.Poonam Solanki and doctor gave me proper reasoning and explained the reason behind my health issue. Doctor gave me psychological support and care to completely stop smoking. Although I had some withdrawal symptoms, through doctor's frequent consulting and mental support, I was able to put an end to my addiction and then I started with the medicines. First, doctor gave me medicines for 3 weeks along with a personalised diet chart. The medicines were primarily for getting rid of the addiction and to improve my throat and gut immunity. Diet also had a gret impact on my weight and I lost around 4kg overall. After the first week medicines itself I was feeling great difference. Doctor used to ask me feedback frequently to know how I was responding to treatment and it turned up really well. I'm currently ondergoing the last set of medicines and I'm already feeling completely regenuated. Medicines worked on me very well. I never expected this improvement and I'm relly happy with the treatment. Im also planning to take treatment for my overweight as well in the coming week. I'm really happy with doctor's friendliness, reasoning, way of treatment with interaction, asking feedback, psychological counselling, and prompt reply to concerns. My treatment started last year with this beautiful inside and out doctor Poonam Solanki. She is not just a doctor, she is a very good consultant and takes care of each and every patient regularly. Her way of communicating with patients is absolutely amazing, she listens to everyone very patiently. She will listen to you completely then only she will give her inputs.
