Recently, I visited Dantshree Clinic for a regular dental checkup. I only asked the doctor to clean my teeth and fix any cavity if one was just starting. ************** ** ****** *** ** ** * ******** ***********

During the treatment, I felt extremely uncomfortable and was in a lot of pain. * **** ***** *********** **** **** ****** * ****** ***** ******* Throughout the procedure.

I truly regret going to this clinic. * ******* ** ******* ***** *** ************* ******* **** ** ****** *** ******* *********. * ** ********* ** * *** ** **** *** **** ************ **** **** *********** I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I shifted to pune from Kerala very recently and I was very much apprehensive going to a dentist in pune. But Dr. Pallavi mam put me at ease, gave a very good explanation of the procedure to be done. I didn't feel uneasy at all at any point of time. I took appointment for 7.30 p. M. And treatment started on time. It was a very good experience. Highly recommend

Went to this clinic today for dental checkup as teeth were in some pain for couple of days. When the doctor arrived, she was assertive on the 2 sisters working there for not following her guidelines like not keeping checkup room door open when the AC is off, for not asking me to go out when she was going to take X ray machine. But that wasn't much rude, so I was okay.

Later the doctor said she needs to take X ray and I said go ahead (now note, she didn't mention the price here to me). She took 2 X rays and later during consultation, she mentioned we need to do a thorough cleaning and mentioned the cost as ₹3,000. So, I said how much will everything cost me? She said it will cost me ₹3,000 for cleaning + ₹300 consultation + ₹200 x 2 for X rays. I said that is going beyond my budget so requested if she could waive off X ray charges? She declined saying we are doctors, and the doctors don't work like others where you can negotiate and raise the total bill to ₹4,100 saying she by mistake calculated only 1 X ray and it costs ₹400 per X ray. I said doctor I clearly remember you saying it was ₹200 for the X ray but she said it was ₹400. At this moment, I was disappointed to see how the numbers were getting twisted and how much the charges were.

I said nothing much, paid ₹1,100 and left. On my way down, I enquired in another dental clinic from the same building, *** **** ******** ************ *** ** ***** * *** ** **** *** **** ******** *** ** ** ******* **, now I felt like I was charged excess. *** ** ******** * *** ******* **** * ****** ** ****** ***** *** ******* *** **** ********** ** ******* ******* *** * *** *** ******* ***** *** **** *** ********* *** * ******* * ****** **** ******* **** ******.

In the end, I am not sure how normally the charges are in the hospital but the difference in the prices can never be double. I strongly suggest people to consider other options than choosing this clinic if they want affordable and transparent doctors. AND ALWAYS make sure you consult charges and take action before the doctor can give you a hefty bill.

I've been seeing Dr. Pallavi Deshpande Umrajkar for dental treatment for 20 years, and my experience has always been excellent. She's highly skilled, patient, and dedicated. I went to her just to get the X-ray done of my implant. She could not give me hard copy which was still fine. I needed to show it my dentist in a different city with whom I had a procedure ongoing.I paid her for the X-ray but she also demanded for 'consultation fee' with the reasoning that whosoever sits in the chair pays that.Mind you that there was absolutely no consultation. We had an heated argument and eventually I had to pay her for the X-ray and the consultation fee.I leave it to you to decide how you want to take it, but that was an absolutely wrong on her part to charge consultation given my situation.

Dr. Pallavi Deshpande Umrajkar is a genuine doctor who takes good care of her patients and provides effective treatment. The clinic is very clean with a good environment, and the staff are very good. Everything was on time, and I highly recommend her to other patients.
