I've been visiting Dr. Pallab Saikia for the past 5 years and have always had a good experience with him. The clinic is clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly and supportive. The wait time is usually reasonable.

Dr. Pallab Saikia and his staff handled my hyperactive Labrador with ***** care and soothing manners. The doctor's explanations are clear and satisfying, and the wait time is minimal except during busy seasons. I highly recommend him to other pet parents.

Pets Heaven is absolutely a great place to take your pets to, be assured that your pet will be in great hands. The clinic is spic and span, well maintained and Dr Pallab is a very friendly person. He himself is an animal lover and even takes care of the stray animals. Right from day one since we brought our cat Ceaser home Dr Pallab has been treating him. Recently my cat was spayed and the operation was done to perfection. Dr Pallab did an excellent job. I would advise all first time owners to go to him. Pets Heaven is not running a business but they actually care for your pets. You can ask Dr Pallab as many questions you want and he will answer them all patiently.
