Dr. Pallab Saikia understands the problem well, provides accurate diagnosis, and suggests the best treatment for pets. His clinic is well maintained and fully equipped, including an OT and Laser Therapy Lab. The support staff is polite and well trained, and there is minimal waiting time when you arrive on schedule.

Dr. Pallab Saikia provides an accurate diagnosis and is very approachable. Highly recommended for Undri and Pisoli pet parents. The clinic environment and staff are very animal centric, and the wait time was reasonable. The consultation was definitely worth the fees.

Dr. is understanding, patient and listens to every concern that I share. He makes sure complete hygiene is followed by his attendants. His treatment is effective and worthwhile. I have 2 pets. Both are growing beautifully under his care. Definitely recommend this vet to all pet parents.

My pet has been seeing Dr. Pallab Saikia since he was a newborn and now he's 4 years old. The doctor is kind, patient, and very diligent in his work.

Dr. Pallab Saikia specializes only in cats and dogs. I waited 10 minutes before he informed me he couldn’t help with ****** pets. The clinic was clean and hygienic.

Pets Heaven is absolutely a great place to take your pets to, be assured that your pet will be in great hands. The clinic is spic and span, well maintained and Dr Pallab is a very friendly person. He himself is an animal lover and even takes care of the stray animals. Right from day one since we brought our cat Ceaser home Dr Pallab has been treating him. Recently my cat was spayed and the operation was done to perfection. Dr Pallab did an excellent job. I would advise all first time owners to go to him. Pets Heaven is not running a business but they actually care for your pets. You can ask Dr Pallab as many questions you want and he will answer them all patiently.

Dr.Pallab is excellent, he is meticulous, diligent and honest. I have witnessed him treat some dogs for free since the owner came from a financially low background. He spayed my dog & didnt just give instructions but also did a follow up. Even his staff is well-trained and polite. The clinic is neat and clean with ample space.

I cannot think of any other Vet to take my four legged babies to(Alaskan malamute & cocker spaniel). And most importantly my dogs are totally comfortable with doctor Pallab.

I was skeptical of getting my Persian cat neutered and was never able to gather courage to agree with this procedure, as i was extremely afraid of post surgery pain that my cat might endure. Dr. Pallab kept educating me regarding the importance of spaying our pets and finally i agreed. Dr. Pallab took atmost care of my cat while performing the surgery and within 24 hours my cat is back to its normal behavior. Thanks a billion ton doctor.

We have two furry kids and we took the elder one-Lucy for vaccination and the younger one-Coco for Neutering as well as for some food poisoning related issue till now.

Each time we have been to the clinic, it’s been a very satisfying experience as the Doctor in charge doesn’t rush or see his patients hurriedly. He also explains everything patiently.

Today we neutered our Younger one 🐶 and the whole procedure and experience was quite smooth and tension free for us as Pet Parents as well as for our Furry family member.

We appreciate kind gestures and the doctor was kind enough to make a follow up call later in the evening to ask how Coco was doing.

All in all, I would highly recommend Pets Heaven Clinic to anyone willing to experience a stress free visit with a Doctor and team who truly care for their non-human patients as well their family.
