Highly Skilled, Caring and Trustworthy ACL Surgeon. I am 37 years old and have undergone two ACL surgeries the first in 2017 and the second in Nov-2025. My recent surgery was performed by Dr Nikheel Pansare at Manipal Hospital, and the experience was truly outstanding. Although my ACL injury occurred in Dec-2021 and the MRI showed a complete tear, Dr. Nikheel Sir initially advised non-surgical management after a thorough physical examination, showing his honest and patient-first approach. When surgery became necessary, he used advanced techniques, and compared to my first surgery, recovery this time has been very smooth and almost pain-free. He is very friendly, calm, and approachable, explained everything clearly, closely monitored my recovery after surgery, removed my stitches himself, and recommended an excellent physiotherapist.
